I have a large bottle with IS and want to transfer some of it to a small bottle. The small bottle contained Ammo or something I dont remember. The point is to curry the small bottle with me so i am ready if the need arise. I dont want to use [pheromones](https://a314.com/) unless there is a need. My question is, how do i clean the small bottle? I dont want to mix them. It will not do to use Water? Alkohol? How to get a clean bottle, not tainted? ---

Wash and pump through with a mild solution of something that breaks down pheros - hydrogen peroxide, witch hazel or anything containing triclosan (most cheap liquid soaps/bodywashes/zit gels etc). Rinse **very well** with warm/hot water - esp the pump and allow to dry. Then its a simple matter of transferring the contents. A pippette/prefume funnel is about the easiest and remember to reseal the togo pump assembly with tape or PTFE tape on the threads to stop it unscrewing in your pocket. 🙂 ---

However, one spray out of a 30 ml-bottle does not have the same volume as a spray from a 5-ml vial. You might have to adjust the dose accordingly depending on your sweet spot. ---

A spray from a 30 ml seems to be more, I’d say at least 33% more. When applied directly to the skin, it can even form some falling drops. It’s much less the case with a 5ml. ---

The togo spray is approx 80% of that from the 30ml. ---

Just to confirm. First i use a soap, such as body soap to clean the bottle. 1. Can i use soap for hand washing plates, Forks, knives, etc? Kitchen dishes? 2. can i use schampoo? After that, i rinse it in warm Water and let it dry? That it? No need for alcohol or something? How sure are you on this? Are you guessing, or do you know alcohol are not needed? Just want to double check.. ---

Any sort of soap/detergent should do the job well, Its the rinsing that’s critical, you need to get completely rid of any residues that could damage pheros. You won’t need alcohol - which in itself does not damage pheros and I’ve been doing it this way for years. ---
