# How to dilute dosages

Hi guys,  
please kindly pardon my noobness 🙂.

How do I dilute a phermone sprays from the [ExperiMone? Series?](https://a314.com/)

Also, if I want to make the phermones stay longer and diffuse across my skin, I was advised that I could wear a plain moisturiser and spray after that.

After rubbing moisturiser (lets say, sorbolene or another unscented product) on my skin, how long do I have to wait before I spray the phermones onto my skin?

Could I rub the phermones in order to diffuse them more affectively over a larger surface area?

Hi ,

You can spray mones once your skin is moisturized, may be after few minutes (2 to 4 minutes ) post application of good quality moisturizer, which do not affect mones.(u can read more on this on this forum)

regarding dilution of experimones, I didnt get ur purpose to dilute? why you wanna dilute them, it can disturb their chemistry and hence their effects too.

Hi Soni, I would like to dilute because I think the dosages I ordered under the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) Series range may be too high for an amatuer like myself.

Thanks for replying to my posts 🙂.

When I told my friends about me purchasing pheromones for better success at workplace, they laughed at me, and added that this is just snake oil and does not work :o.

Personally, have you had much success with pheromones? Do you use it work place?

You can simply ask AD Store staff to change the dosage of your order. 🙂 Send them a ticket… I think there’s still time. They can still change it I think. 🙂

Dear d88bee, I am using mones now since long. I am a doctor and used initially to get an edge in my work, as i was pretty younger for the job i was selected (Epidemiologist at higher post), which apart from my clinical work , i was supposed to deliver lectures, seminars etc, hence I opted to go with mones, since then i had ordered many times via Androtics. You can dilute them but yes, it can affect performance but if you are willing to take the risk, its pretty straightforward - just divide-down to the dose you need and make-up the remainder with perfume/cologne.

So to halve the strength of your product, simply use one part phero to one part perfume, to quarter it, use one part phero to three parts perfume.

Obviously use a smaller atomiser for this and only dilute a few mils at a time till you know what works - don’t waste a whole 30ml by diluting it all at once. You might find you have the wrong dose or that your perfume contains some phero-damaging ingredient eg Triclosan, some wood-oils etc.

Don’t rub your pheros-in - That simply drives them into the epidermis where they break down faster and diffuse more slowly. Just spray/spread them lightly and let them settle naturally.

Applying over moisturiser or lotion (better still) does help IME - only use just enough to cover your app point area and you can apply pheros as soon at it has settled into the skin - the greasyness/stickiness has gone. Which should only be a few minutes if you do it right.

Again, use a good quality moisturiser/lotion - one without triclosan or “antibacterials” which almost always wreck pheros.

The penalty for doing this is a slight reduction in overall phero range but IRL it is almost imperceptable - it is always best to work as close as is practical with pheros, don’t look for hits across a crowded room, office etc. 🙂

I bought a bunch of putatives from Pago and noticed the doses are very high and was thinking I got in over my head. But I now realize I do need to break them down. I think I need to get a bunch of the 5ML bottles and some pipettes and start breaking them down.

Get a 30ml alcohol spray bottle and a 5ml empty bottle. Then spray 3 times into 5ml bottle, and add 1 spray from mone bottle.Close the bottle and shake it few times.Tah dah!You have successfully diluted your mones.
