# How to find the correct dosage?

I ordered the [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) to-go on Monday, just a try before I buy sort of thing. Arrived today, super quick shipping time considering US - UK.

A guy called Ben threw in an extra bottle of TUTH too. Nice!

Haven’t got a clue about dosage though. The only thing I’ve used in the past in terms of mones is Phelure, and that’s apparently a scam. I don’t want to go spraying the stuff willy-nilly when I only have a to-go size bottle.

Any recommendations that you can’t go far wrong with?
