Lately I have been getting a lot of calls from guys and gals unsure what the forum members mean when we say “sweet spot.”😛

Here’s a very simple way to find your individual sweet spot for each consumer line product like:
Ishine
IH
IO
AMMO
A314
TUTH
and so on.

It’s very easy to do and I hope this guide offers you the assistance you need. When applying the pheromones, please ensure that you are using only one (1) [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/) at a time. This step is extremely important and must not be skipped. It ensures you are getting the proper results without extenuating circumstances. What works for Ammo, might be completely different for TUTH 😛.

With that in mind, if you aren’t already, please ensure you are properly cleaning yourself daily. Sometimes, with heavy molecules like Androstenone (-none), that have a tendency to stick to your skin soap and water don’t wash it off well. A search will reveal numerous threads about -none buildup that I highly suggest you read.

Taking into consideration that above, please follow these guidelines and soon you too, will have experience with your very own sweet spot.

1. Use one (1) spray each day for three days
2. Take two days completely off pheromones
3. Use two (2) sprays each day for three days
4. Take two days completely off pheromones
5. Use three (3) sprays each day for three days
6. Take two days completely off pheromones
7. Use four (4) sprays each day for three days
8. Take two days completely off pheromones

During each day using and non-using of pheromones a journal should be kept. This journal should include any hits noticed or anything out of the ordinary. Even if you don’t believe it was a hit you should write it down.

I have discussed this with numerous forum members and everyone always asks me: “what happens if three sprays is my sweet spot, should I just stop there?” The answer is no! Here’s why: you have no way of knowing if you just stop at three (or where ever) if you don’t push it above that if maybe more is better. Nothing to compare it too. Three maybe good, but four maybe better, so if you stop at three you might be short-changing yourself.

Remember though, mones are not magic and as such the results you get will be along the lines of what you have been getting with the journal you kept. If you noticed more smiles while wearing three sprays, that is what you should consider a hit while you have three sprays on from that point. It gives you a decided advantage when you know how much to wear and what to look for.

As you progress further into your mones you will start to notice more than just the initial smile you were getting. The key to all this is practice and patience. Smile and be happy always.

Of course you could also sign up for my very good friend Alex Alman’s website [Female Orgasm Techniques: Intercourse Tips And Positions For Female Orgasm](http://www.revolutionarysex.com) and learn wonderful ways to make her happy.

He was recently featured on PickUp101’s VIP Monthly membership program in a DVD interview, as well as the David D series and numerous others.

So Your saying it’ll take 2 months to find the sweet spot for the 3 pheromones I just bought? What about if I was planning to mix them. I got [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), IH, and IO. I was thinking about combining 2 of them, or sometimes 3… However, would the sweet spot for 1 pheromone be the same if it was mixed with others? Like maybe 3 IShine, and 2 IO are sweet spots separately, but combined would it change to maybe 2 IShine and 1 IO as an example. Or change even further if i mixed 3?

so i did my baptism on my first day but im now going to stick to this regiment you have posted here to see what i can get. it will also gimme time to save up for some bigger bottles…

so i only have togo sizes…which from what i understand is 83% of a regular bottles spray… should i still start with 1 spray togo…then 2 sprays togo…or should i start with like 1.5 sprays and then go to 2.5 to try to make it a little more accurate how many normal sprays will be the sweet spot?

No those are guidelines. Most people find it relatively quickly but for those who have trouble, following the guidelines will help. If your really into pheromone use it also helps to really get a deeper understanding of the mix. So the closer you follow those guidelines the more successful you will be with mastering the products and truly understanding them.

For the experimental and the putatives I definitely agree with sticking to the above. You want to get a good feel for those and what they do for when you report.

After you have used each separately then move on to layering.

Depending on what your going to use some of the products you will need less of then your sweet spot. I generally scale back by at least one spray from my sweet spot when I layer more the 3 products. It all depends on the vibe I am going for and what I learned from testing each product on its own. Remember your sweet spot can be a range not just a set number of sprays. I use 3 to 5 sprays of Is/A. When I use a few products I will only use 3 to 4 sprays since I will have other products on.

As you use [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) and learn about each mix and what it can do for you it becomes easy to know what to layer and results improve with practice.

once you find your sweetspot, do you have a formula for when/how much to reapply?

Steve should be around later and his answer may be different from mine, We all produce certain amounts of heat from our bodies and diffuse a little differently. This is something you want to test while your testing dosages. Generally after 4 to 6 hours you can reapply your normal amount of mones. If your using a oil based or heavy anone product products then I would go with a half dose because anone is sticky and you dont want to create build up and oil just lasts longer and diffuses slower.

I´m sorry to bump this thread after all this time, but I was reading this and got curious with this statement made by Tisha.

Well, I don’t have a solid explanation for this, but my body is always warm/hot and it has been like that since I started bodybuilding 5-6 years ago. I probably have high metabolism as I’ve got a muscular body and low bodyfat. I tolerate cold much better than heat. People are always asking me (during winter) “Aren’t you feeling cold?” as I rarely bring thick clothes with me even if it is really cold.

I also tend to sweat more than most people, even though it seems just like I’m just “sweating” water. But I do sweat more than most people, something I also attribute to my high metabolism and muscular physique.

Could these facts make my phero products a bit more effective, in theory?

Yes, Your young and a body builder so your going to naturally make slightly more testosterone then the average male plus your cells are more active and producing more energy.

Your correct that your body heats up more because you have a high metabolism. Because your muscular and work out your body needs more energy then the sedentary body. The cells in your body that break down fats proteins and sugars work harder and produce more heat. This causes your core temp to go up. The hypothalamus regulates your metabolism so that your core body temp stays at a normal range. To much cell activity which can cause your core temp to rise and it floods the capillaries in your skin with blood so the heat can escape your body.

Cold people have less cell activity and the body shuts off some of the blood going to the skin to maintain the core temp.

> [@](#):
>
> I also tend to sweat more than most people, even though it seems just like I’m just “sweating” water. But I do sweat more than most people, something I also attribute to my high metabolism and muscular physique.

You could just have been born with a high ratio of sweat glands or it could be your metabolism

Humans have between 2 to 4 million sweat glands and some people are born with the high range some with the low. I have no ideal why. But the more sweat glands you have the more you sweat. You probably sweat a lot because you have increased cell activity in your body.

Overweight people can sometimes sweat a lot when they exercise because the fat insulates their core and creates heat. But actually, if they are inactive, they tend to sweat less then the average person. They get hot easier and have less endurance because of there weight but they also have poor circulation which is how heat moves through the body to the sweat glands. They overheat very easily and have less endurance. A overweight person who does sweat alot hasnt had the weight effect there circulation yet and sweats normally.

Women sweat less because we have hormones that make us retain water more then men and we have less cell activity naturally. Men’s metabolisms are higher then women’s in most cases.

Now a while back a member had asked about excessive sweating and I remember looking in to it to see what could cause this.

Your nervous system can make you produce more sweat. Sometimes stressed out or nervous people sweat more due to something called hyperhidrosis. It means the nervous system over acts to stress or anxiety and the autonomic stimulation of the sweat glands becomes hyperactive causing profuse sweating, I don’t think this is the case for you but if you think it is you could have a doc check it out, If you have this you usually sweat more from your palms, feet, groin and pits. If you sweat from your chest back etc etc as well its probably more your fitness level and your body maintaining its core temp.

Anywhooo back to mones. Since you produce more sweat your body naturally diffuses more so you don’t walk around a soppy mess all the time. So yes your mones will diffuse faster and more efficiently then a person who is cold.

I have read some people saying that your mones are washed off by sweat. This is untrue. They are not washed off they diffuse faster so if you spray on mones and your sweaty they wont last as long but they will be more effective. However because they diffuse better you tend to need a lower dosage so it pretty much evens out in the end.

Michael has said when it comes to using mones “Diffusion is King” without it you got nothing. The better your body heats and diffuses they better the results with mones. I often wonder if this has something to do with why we are naturally attracted to the fit body.

So if your a person with poor diffusion I suggest hitting the gym and start heating up those cells 😉

Ok sorry to bore you. What can I say I am a science geek LOL

I don’t sweat from my hands or feet.
It’s more from chest, back (mainly here), etc… And it’s always associated with heat, never with anxiety or stress.

I guess I’ll probably tend to respond better to lower dosages of alcohol based products. It probably applies to oil based products as well, right?

I’ve never thought much about it. Still, I’ve noticed than when I’m sweating more than usual, I can more easily detect the scent of my phero products and even the “scent” of -none (even with A314). That’s somewhat unconfortable to me, as I’m always afraid the scent may turn out unpleasant to others (not that I find it unpleasant per se, I just find the [higher] intensity of the scent unpleasant in those circumstances). I’ve never had any complains and I shower every day 😃 , yet…

Pulse point is best like neck, wrist, elbows, exposed skin. I like to spray in different locations so maybe two on one wrist, three on the other, three on one side of neck, etc…

Key is to experiment and have fun 😉

I just tried 3 days of wearing AMMO- my first experiment. Im only 18 and was told to not go to more than 1 spray. I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary-- no noticeable hits at school or anything like that.

Should I move on to my next product to test that out? What should I do?

People are misinforming you by mistake. They mean well, but everyone is different. Take a day off and move up to two for a few days. Follow this thread as a guideline on testing.
