It’s OK SpongeBob because I did the same thing when I started too. I had this one nightmare experience with a girl I had a great experience the previous day with. I was like WTF? Turns out my ratios were off and I had no idea what I was doing. We have all been there so no biggie. You got to start somewhere 😃

> Lately I have been getting a lot of calls from guys and gals unsure what the forum members mean when we say “sweet spot.”😛
>
> Here’s a very simple way to find your individual sweet spot for each consumer line product like:
> Ishine
> IH
> IO
> AMMO
> A314
> TUTH
> and so on.
>
> It’s very easy to do and I hope this guide offers you the assistance you need. When applying the pheromones, please ensure that you are using only one (1) pheromone product at a time. This step is extremely important and must not be skipped. It ensures you are getting the proper results without extenuating circumstances. What works for Ammo, might be completely different for TUTH 😛.
>
> With that in mind, if you aren’t already, please ensure you are properly cleaning yourself daily. Sometimes, with heavy molecules like Androstenone (-none), that have a tendency to stick to your skin soap and water don’t wash it off well. A search will reveal numerous threads about -none buildup that I highly suggest you read.
>
> Taking into consideration that above, please follow these guidelines and soon you too, will have experience with your very own sweet spot.
>
> 1. Use one (1) spray each day for three days
> 2. Take two days completely off pheromones
> 3. Use two (2) sprays each day for three days
> 4. Take two days completely off pheromones
> 5. Use three (3) sprays each day for three days
> 6. Take two days completely off pheromones
> 7. Use four (4) sprays each day for three days
> 8. Take two days completely off pheromones
>
> During each day using and non-using of pheromones a journal should be kept. This journal should include any hits noticed or anything out of the ordinary. Even if you don’t believe it was a hit you should write it down.
>
> I have discussed this with numerous forum members and everyone always asks me: “what happens if three sprays is my sweet spot, should I just stop there?” The answer is no! Here’s why: you have no way of knowing if you just stop at three (or where ever) if you don’t push it above that if maybe more is better. Nothing to compare it too. Three maybe good, but four maybe better, so if you stop at three you might be short-changing yourself.
>
> Remember though, mones are not magic and as such the results you get will be along the lines of what you have been getting with the journal you kept. If you noticed more smiles while wearing three sprays, that is what you should consider a hit while you have three sprays on from that point. It gives you a decided advantage when you know how much to wear and what to look for.
>
> As you progress further into your mones you will start to notice more than just the initial smile you were getting. The key to all this is practice and patience. Smile and be happy always.

Hey Steve, Thanks for giving me a sense of direction on these variety of mones! 🙂 This will be a most fascinating excursion. Got my newbie kit today! Fantastico 😃

> Well, I don’t have a solid explanation for this, but my body is always warm/hot and it has been like that since I started bodybuilding 5-6 years ago. I probably have high metabolism as I’ve got a muscular body and low bodyfat. I tolerate cold much better than heat. People are always asking me (during winter) “Aren’t you feeling cold?” as I rarely bring thick clothes with me even if it is really cold.
>
> I also tend to sweat more than most people, even though it seems just like I’m just “sweating” water. But I do sweat more than most people, something I also attribute to my high metabolism and muscular physique.
>
> Could these facts make my phero products a bit more effective, in theory?

Are you cycling on anything? Not to accuse, cuz it does sound like it. I remember feeling like that too during those days. Can walk out during winter with just a t shirt. All that stopped when I stopped too.

No thats completely false, performance enhancers are not the only ones that do that.

EPOC burns more calories at rest, keeping your metabolism revving, and there are people who are just hot in general and exert more heat than others.

I believe Mustang is referring to this: [Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Excess_post-exercise_oxygen_consumption)
