Hi everyone! I got my first pheromone shipment in the mail today and I am incredibly excited! I wanted your opinions on what would be a good combo (and how many sprays and where), to have an impressive first day. I decided that before I try then out individually, I wanted to do a good combo the first time in order to see results and become a true believer! These are the products I have to work with: Ammo Instant Shine Instant Openness Instant Honesty [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) Turn Up the Heat I’m a 20 year old male in college. Hello Dapg01, sorry but the only suggestion I can give you is to try it one per time. Only on this way you can understand which one works good for you and how. If you mix them, you could make a bad working mix for you, and not knowing which one was the bad thing inside. Try starting with 2 sprays with AMMO. It works good in the classroom scene (at elast some guys say so). My favourite are Instant Shine and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). See ya Franz ---

The instant shine is great stuff. I wore it on a Monday morning and was buzzing like mad, and others round me were quite happy too. I need to find my right balance of ammo though. ---

You are getting some good advice here. I know, we all want things to happen NOW. Unfortunately few things do. Try to have fun with the time it takes to get familiar with the products. When you wear IO really try to be the open fun guy that IO makes you seem to be. Same with the other products. Most successful [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) users seem to take about a week with each product to get familiar with the effects…I seem to take longer sometimes and shorter sometimes. Hey, you’ve been waiting 20 years for this stuff. If it takes a few more weeks to get impressed so what, right? The important thing is to have fun. ---

Thanks for the tips guys! I’m definitely going to be more patient, lol I just got really excited, but you’re right renny, a few more weeks are not a long time! I guess I’m going to start fresh with the instant shine this weekend and see how that goes for a week. I read I can’t mix my pheromone signature so I gotta take things slow or everyone will just be confused about my chemical messages. ---

people always say use 1 phero at a time so as to gauge the individual affects, however i dont see the harm in a bit of intuitional experimentation for the first few weeks. Id say just have fun combining for a while and see if u notice any changes, then later when the novelty factor wears off,get down to some serious investigation and be more methodical, get a phero diary, become a scientist and use one at a time, etc I started out and combined [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) with Ammo, personally I would say Ammo is a great one to begin with. But thats just my opinion, Im certainly no expert. Ive just orderd my second batch 😃 ---

Hell, I mixed tons of things together when I first started. It’s almost a necessary experience in the world of pheromones. : ) [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is my absolute favorite all around. Ammo as others recommend is also good. I guess I’ll say this, being in college as well, I noticed more hits with Instant Shine, than with Ammo. BUT. Ammo’s hits were much more direct than Instant Shine. With Shine, I noticed that there are tons of girls looking at me, definitely wanting me to approach them, but for the most part, they were just looking. If I would approach them, they were usually pretty receptive. Everyone I did talk to was definitely having a good time. So it grabs attention very well, and in that sense it was impressive/noticeable. With Ammo, there were less visible hits, but the few hits I did receive were much more direct, physical hits. All the girls weren’t showing interest, but the ones that were really were. The couple interested girls would walk by and rub themselves on me lightly as they passed by. Or draw their hand across my lower back, telling me to follow. Others simply grabbed my arm and started talking to me. And that..was impressive in its own right. So, just take your pick, you’ll be enjoying yourself either way. ---

The first time everybody does the typical mone baptism. Its like a right of passage into the pheroworld. After that I strongly suggest that you try them out one at a time and see what each one does for you. It makes it easier down the road when you want to mix to get certain effects. Keep in mind most people who go with the baptism dont see much results there first time out especially around those they know. Its to much of a rapid change in signature. When you go out try AMMO 1 spray, IO 2 sprays and Ishine 2 sprays. This is a standard mix that wont alarm anyone. Tisha ---

Tisha, Just a quick question… 🙂 Is the number of spray used by younger guys (17 to 30 years old) is the same as for the older guys ( above 30)? Im 38 and need to know how much to take before my order comes… Thanks BC ---

I believe that if you’re older you might have lower levels of androstenone (which can be found in ammo, turn up the heat), so the best dosage for you might be a little higher than for a younger person. I’m still new to [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) so tisha might be more help! ---
