Okay, my mate has this flatmate who is, as I mentioned in my forum a near 10/10. But for most people around she just withdraws and hides in her room. I’m wondering what a really good combo would be that I could really draw her out of her shell and while attract her, not be too overly intimidating either. I’m getting the hang of these [pheromones](https://a314.com/), but still like to ask advice where I can… ---

Nols: [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or Instant Honesty, a bit of None, such as Ammo, Instant Shine, and maybe a bit of P83 and even TAL. You don’t need all at once, and any should help draw her out, but such a phero cocktail would probably be dynamite. ---

Heavy social mones: alpha nol, TAA and maybe A-1. Should help make her feel happy, talkative and comfortable. Maybe a touch of rone from A314 or IG to enhance manliness without enhancing intimidation. Avoid, androstenone at least initially. Nevertheless, drawing her out still is mostly up to you and your charm, wit and attractiveness. However, the urge to be by one’s self doesn’t necessarily mean they’re shy or withdrawn. It’s possible she needs lots of alone time to think and do her thing. Or she may not be into you. I say this because she must want to socialize for the mones to help. If she’s a lone wolf, no amount of charm and/or mones will make any diff. ---

I would suggesting just using pure **AndrosteNOL by itself.** If she is a little shy, layering too many pheromones could be overwhelming. Once you’ve tried AndrosteNOL for a while and if you are in relationship with her at that point, you might want to try “[Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/).”🙂 ---

Something to make her want to socialize. Tacitus: **[A314 Combo/mix thread](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/a314-combo-mix-thread/118/12)** ([A314 Combo/mix thread](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/a314-combo-mix-thread/118/12)) try a good strong squirt of TAL , it boosts women’s confidence, so they’re more likely to externalize their thoughts… TAL/TAC together are a most interesting pair, especially when mixed with A314, about 30 mu of each should do the number rather thoroughly… **women WILL become social around you…** High doses of A1, TAA, Anol, Bnol, Est should also help bring women out of their shell. However none of this is going to work if she is trying to avoid all human contact. ---

Do something to make her want to talk to you. Something unexpected. Buy something to put in her room and just sneak it in there when she’s not in. That’s what I’d do. ---

Sometimes just saying “hello” is simple enough to get someone to open up. You never know what a person has went through in life, and if she’s being anti-social, there may be a reason for it. As the saying goes: “sometimes walls are constructed to see who’s going to care enough to break them down”. For pheros, I would have to say Instant gentleman and instant honesty would be a great combination for starters, to get her to open up and make her comfortable with you. later on, I would recommend you either add or exchange that combination with some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and TUTH (AMAZING combination as I’ve previously found out for getting IOI’s) ---

First thing you should do is work out why she avoids people, she may have social anxiety or other issues, though not always. Your best tool is time and friendly but none pushy approach, of course use pheros but stick to social and friendly. avoid intensifiers such as p83. Some small amounts tal and A 1 may help along with IO IH IS
