# How to mix A1?  Willing to learn.

I’ve never tried IFM (sadly ☹) but I keep hearing that it was pretty good. A1 is subtle but I find that with 50 mcgs the hits are a little more obvious so maybe think about upping the dosage.

TAA and TAC are like polar opposites. TAA excites and energizes while TAC relaxes and soothes. Combining them is pretty bad unless you have [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/).
