# How to resize a image.

I wanted to know how i could re size my picture to fit in my profile or avatar. It mentions that i need it to be 400 pixels by 400. Mine is currently 1280 by 800. Is there a program that can help with this or do i need to lower the settings on my camera.

Did you get any image editing software bundled with your camera? Even the most basic editors should have a resize function somewhere, I’m sure. It’s just a question of finding it.

Yeah pretty much windows and Mac both come with image resize as a standard option.

What system are you running and I can let you know how to do it pretty quick.
