Hi, I used two sprays of ammo two days ago. I had a shower. I applied shaving cologne (which is supposed to contain alcohol) on where I sprayed it. I can still smell it. What have you guys been doing to completely get rid of pheros? Thanks ---

A good hot shower with some anti bacterial soap will do it. You can also use peroxcide on a coton ball and rub the application points. Tisha ---

[Pheromones](https://a314.com/) actually penetrate the upper layers of your skin. To completely remove, you must remove the skin in those areas. Wet sand using a facial abrasive cream or cloth (raku-raku wash cloth works great). The side effect is you’ll have smoother and more beautiful skin. Personally I don’t bother and I have never suffered build-up problems. Plus, you actually have to place your nose on the application spot and sniff to actually smell anything…
