# How to use A314 and TUTH spray ?

I just received my order from AD. I got [A314 spray](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic-spray/) and TUTH.

How do I apply it on my body ? where do I spray them ?

It really depends on where you like to spray it. I usually spray 2 sprays of A314 on my neck and TUTH on my body so I can disperse it when I like to. I am usually working behind my desk so I don’t use them on my wrist (if you are into sales then wrist is better).
