# How to use Instant Shine and Instant Honesty?

I just got IS to-go and IH to-go … I love Mickaelia 🙂

Anyways , please give me advice on how to use them please .

- Spray them on (can’t really OD on these two so two of each sprays to forearms or wrists will be fine)
- Go out,
- Meet girls,
- Be nice and smile at them,
- Watch the magic happen\*,
- Profit.

- IS is relatively short-lived, so bring the to-go with you and refresh every two hours.

OD stands for OverDose - IS and IH don’t contain androstenone (if you overdose it you’ll experience pretty bad (in most cases) results).
