Hi I am an indian man in early 30s and wants to know the best way to use mones.. i just got first A314 oil based, IS, IO and not sure how to mix or should i use individual for optimum results… also want to know which product works on Asian& Indian females… More about me… Heya all this is Mayro again from Sydney, I am pretty new to [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). i heard a lot about mones and wanted to try and see the effects.. while i was doing my search i found this great site(forum) and loved all the threads. so I bought my first [mones](http://www.pheromonetalk.com/) A314 oil, is, io. I am a 31 year old indian male, tall,slim and i ve noticed gals notices me..so lil bit attractive… living in Australia,i have issue with lil Selfconfidence… and shy too.. but once i get to know someone i can build good repo with women but sometimes having difficulty to take situation to the next level… u know what i mean…😉. I’m looking to attract some females (i love Asian gals) into my life and was hoping that you guys and gals could make some suggestions. Hi there, Thats cool that you already bought some mones.Thats a pretty good set of pheromones to start off with.A314 is a bit more difficult than instant gentleman to be congruent with but its definitely a good pheromone.For optimum results,you should start with them individually and find your sweet spot for dosage for each one first.Once youve found it,you can start using them in mixes.For asian females,androsterone products like a314 and instant gentleman are good because they increase status which is usually attractive.The socials are also usually good.Ive included some stickies below that you might find interesting and will get you started.All the best and hope to catch you around the forums.Definitely start a journal also as it helps keep track of hits and dosages.
