# How to use pheromone correctly

when i spray [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) on my neck. do i need to rub my neck with my hands so it can be spread equally?

Typically you don’t, I just spray like it was a cologne.

How often do you need to spray on anything? Every few hours or so?

Each product has a general amount of time of effectiveness like instant shine can be up to around 6 hours, and can be re applied after that. You just have to watch out with -none based products like TUTH because you can get buildup since it is a more sticky mone and you have the chance to OD when re applying. in the smartmones store you can click on each product and under the description of the product you should be able to see how long its effectiveness generally is, however lighter effects can last for some into the next day if you have not showered.
