Hi, Im looking into buying my first mones, and I already asked if I should or can use Parfums/Colognes/Deodorants together with mones, and my other question is: How do I use mones? When do I use then? When im going to talk to someone? First thing in the morning? When im going out? Im going to start school soon for the last year and I was looking into getting myself a girl since I had low self esteem for quite some time and so I didnt have much of a social life, so recently I started going to the gym to start getting more self esteem and because of that I have a hard time to start a conversation with random girls, so I was looking for something that can break the ice and make them want to talk to me, but should I use Parfums/Colognes/Deodorants together with mones? And where in the body should I use the mones? ---

But if it’s a girlfriend you’re really after, my one advice would be to wear 1 spray A314b + 1 spray instant gentleman every day around girls you find interesting in the girlfriend department.. that mix is extremely attractive and will over several exposures drive girls crazy. You will become the ideal boyfriend in their mind. Have fun with it! EDIT: I don’t really use colognes to cover my pheromones.. I find that the built in scent does the job fine without additional scent. Spray the mones on your neck (sides and front). ---

Im a boy looking for girls yes, I just had a hard time explaining the message I wanted to transfer, I want something which I can walk normally to classes and have girls seem interested in me or show any signs so I can then make my move ---

Ok, thanks what I am looking for is getting girls interested in me, since I was always the low self esteem guy that had bad posture and no social status I was always hanging out with my own little squad and never with any girls (but I do have some girls which I talk to and have fun conversations, but they moved to university and im still stuck in high school for one more year so I want to take advantage of it.), and so I even started going to the gym to get myself a higher self esteem, to be healthier and to look better aswell! Here on my country and my sort of rural (not actually rural) school there is no such activities, only swimming and badminton (yes, badminton). Maybe a active gym life can replace such activities?
