Any great chef will tell you, the key to building up amazing recipes is to develop a strong discerning palate, master each ingredient individually and use instinct and knowledge to assemble them in full symbiosis and create the magic.

The best way to train a young chef: blinfold, taste, identify… Learn to cook solo mushrooms without getting them mushy. Cook meat to get it perfect medium rare. Only much later, attempt a darn Beef Wellington! 🙂

Same for mones 🙂. 'Nuff said 😃.
