Hey there all im new to the whole thing im nearly 20 going thru abit of a half life crisis as oppose to a midlife crisis, never had a girlfriend so im looking at a new tack, i seriously don’t know why i have never been taken i asked a few friends they would rate me a 8 / 9 my mind boggles ---

Hey buddy welcome to the board, Like the others said tell us abit more so we can give you some good personalized advice. Maybe abit of approach anxiety? Confidence? Without knowing you, assuming my guess is right. I would take a look at instant shine to put yourself and those around you in a great, feelgood mood, with a slight increase in confidence. a314 for really boosting the confidence people around you see you as an alpha male with lots of respect, just make sure you act the part. chicagokid has really put some nice ones out there. If the issue here is shyness, I would take advice from the men 😛 I do,personally, like how [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) makes me more upbeat and confident - _especially_ to both sexes. From what I’ve seen, it draws others closer AND gives you the confidence to deal with that. ---

Ammo will give you a sexy vibe and it can easliy be worn at school. Instant Shine is great for adding confidence. You should also look at [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to get deeper conversations going, it’ll help her open up with you too. All three of these products can be used together, but you want to try them out solo at first to learn your proper doage (number of sprays), then later you can use them all at once. ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 I see you have already started out with some AMMO. Its a great product. Your shy so I suggest you look into some IO as well. It helps break the Ice and move the flow of conversation a little. Of course it wont make you know what to say but if your target is more talkative it will be easier to come up with conversation subjects. Also Ishine for a warm charismatic charm and a boost to your confidence. You mention in your first post you haven’t had a girl friend. Hey all just got my order well i have to say i enjoyed opening and tracking with DHL i had a little note in there from someone called April guess she is hot 🙂 also got some honesty as an extra not tried that one yet had a sniff of the others i have to say “instant shine” makes my feel i can do anything, i will have to try them out tomorrow in the “field” I will report back tomorrow ---

This really helps to make girls easier to relate to and generally just be yourself around. ---

One more non [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) tip Neo, if it seems you are running out of things to talk about it may be that you need to be more involved in some fun activities that you can share. Maybe get involved with some clubs or volunteer groups…always good fodder for conversation and you may meet more people, girls included, to talk to. Just my 2 pennys. ---

🙄Hey all again well i have to agree about clubs ect but there are none at are college so no joy i don’t go out with the goal to get laid i just like to meet and talk to peeps. Oh also i tried out my little arsenal today i was impressed with results i got on the bus today and the older school girls where on saying “oh thats a nice my id \*\*\*\* him” omg also i got checked out way more yes i broke the rules and did a combo of “Ammo, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), Instant honesty” although i think it may of been too much ---

Hey Neo Im a new user as well and cant offer much advice on what kind of pheros you should use but I did notice in your post you said you felt a bit shy so I think you should consider pheros that have self effects. others will have to tell you what those are but what I can offer for you is this. Way back when i was your age I was (like you) shy but rather good looking and I used to go to the mall and see how many phone numbers I could get in one trip. I used many cheesy lines and actually they all seemed to work fairly well. What I discovered over the years is that women don’t want to be shot down anymore than you do my friend. If you will just give them a chance they will often be happy to get hang out with you for a bit. Also the REALLY great looking women don’t get approached much because they’re scary to most guys, alot of them are actually lonely or they end up with self important jerks, so keep that in mind when your second guessing yourself. to give you an idea of cheesy things I would do; Go buy something at the mall from a girl and b4 she can give you the reciept say " oh and can i get a receipt..(pause)..with your phone number on it?" 🙂 see its cheesy right/ but it works almost every time. Or here is and outrageous one walk up to a really good looking girl, smile and say " I heard their was a supermodel in the mall today I’m guessing thats you right? can I have your autograph and give your your best “this is the most obvious attempt to get your phone number” smile. My point for doing this was to get me out of my comfort zone and as I recall my best day was 7 phone numbers and 4 kisses from girls I hadn’t known for more than about 90 seconds. (we didn’t have cell phones back in the day so if I wanted to know if I got a real number I would ask for a little kiss on the cheek.) My ex’ says that was creepy lol but she married me anyhow 😉 Good luck and remember to smile and give eye contact. If you get any ioi stop say hi. Oh and don’t do this to try and get laid in the parking lot. It would never happen and you’ll come off as a creeper from a mile away. Happy dialing 😃 ---
