Howdy, all! I’m a female in my early 30’s from Texas. I’ve been aware of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for quite some time and I have tried a few “cheap” products several years back. I am very intrigued about the advancements that have taken place in this industry since I last delved deeply into the products that are available to consumers. I see things have come a long way! I have been researching my butt off trying to figure out what I wanted to buy…and many MANY times my searches lead me to this website. I have been reading the threads on this website for a couple of months but didn’t join until I saw the little incentive today. 🙂 I’m very excited about talking with all the knowledgeable people in this community! A little info about myself: I’m a ecologist for an environmental consulting firm. Most of my work mainly lies in the realm of wildlife and land management, especially in terms of wildland fire. So yes, I am one of the few female wildland firefighters out there. Being in the private consulting industry, about 50% of my time I am constantly meeting new people and marketing to potential clients. The other 50% I spend in the field and working on government properties (especially military) and sometimes on privately owned lands. I love my job, especially with the challenge of it being in a VERY male dominated business….and most of the time I work with very dominate male type personalities. So I definitely have to hold my own – if you know what I mean. However, on the flip-side…being a female in this industry also goes A LONG WAY. 😉 With all that said…I’m looking for a pheromone that will give off the vibe of a strong (not overpowering) confident woman. I don’t want to be threatening…just respected. However, being a very active and fit women has its advantages also…so I would still like the sex appeal component too. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.😃 ---

Hi there, welcome to the forum. It’s a hard thing to balance the sexy factor with the respect factor. Usually you get too much of one or the other and not quite the result you want. I have had good results with [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A, which is strong and confident, without being too flirty. Definitely sexy, though. If you choose version B you will get a softer, more playful flirty vibe. MX 300 is supposed to give a confident, capable woman vibe without being overbearing or belligerent. I have not personally tried this one yet, so I cannot say for sure, but that is the results that some others are getting. ---

Hi Firegirl Interesting job you have there. Not your usual 9 to 5. As you work with dominant alpha personalities, you may want to try [Instant Sexiness B](https://phera.com/product/kitten/) for the sex appeal side, as I’ve heard reports that this is what the alpha guys tend to go for. It gives you a kittenish Marilyn Monroe vibe. Or you could go for IS/A, the Angelina Jolie kickass babe that gets the guys hot under the collar in more ways than one. It depends on which one you think suits you and the effect you’re looking for. There is an experimental respect mix being developed for women - the female A314 - and if I’m not mistaken, it’s MX300 or 301. I’ll leave it to the women to help you further with that one. Thank you so much for your advice. That gives me somewhere to start! Also, I just got SOW and just put in on for the first time…so far I just smell like a very dirty belly button. Oh…lol…and my cats are following me from room to room smelling me. ---

What is SOW? Did you mean EOW? because that stuff stinks to high heaven. If that’s what you have I’d be glad to let you know how to cover the stink. ---

Oh, my goodness…you really have jumped in with both feet if you’re already wearing Essence of a Woman. That stuff is stanky… However, it is very do-able if you go about it right. And there’s nothing else that will get a guy’s attention like that one. So…first things first. How much did you use? Our dosage varies as we age, because we naturally produce less copulins as we grow older. You said early thirties…me too. I usually wear 4 drops for an easy-going interest attractor, six drops to catch people’s attention, and eight drops for wow factor. You’ll have to adjust what you use as you try it out and start seeing results. Always, always make sure to allow for dry-down time. Just let the stuff sit on your skin and stink. It will mellow out within 10-20 minutes into a slightly fermented fruity smell. Then you can cover it with a scent of your choice. If you don’t allow for dry-down, the stink will bleed through and you won’t be able to shake it off or cover it for the rest of the day/evening. Yuck. As to covering, sweet, vanilla or fruity scents seem to work the best. And guys really go for sweet, vanilla smells, so that’s a plus. A lot of the ladies here use Pink Sugar by Aquolina to cover cops with, but I can’t stand it. I’ve had good results with a variety of covers, so your options are wide. It will take a few wearings for you to really believe that the stink doesn’t bleed through. Just go with it. If anyone comments, you can always tell them about that big slobbery dog that licked you just before you came in. 😃 ---

Yea, I just got it on a whim but I figured I would try it since I have it. Thanks for the covering advise…that definately helps. I’m like you, I would rather go for the sweet vanilla sent instead of Pink Sugar. By the way great slobbery dog comeback! I wouldn’t have thought of that! Where do you put the drops on your body? Any preferences? ---

Um, I have tried them several places and seem to get the best results from the cleavage area. You can get away with a little bit behind the ears, or on any pulse point, but the effect is different if you wear it so far from the ‘source’. This is supposed to be alluring because it simulates a vaginal secretion that signals fertility. So wearing it around the ears might seem a little strange. Copulins can sometimes give an effect like in a cartoon where some poor sap is carried along by his nose on a scent trail… If you’re planning to be without clothes, wear them wherever you’d like attention to be paid to. It is that magnetic. Just don’t wear any pheros in anyplace that is consistently warm and moist (insert your own ideas here) because the warmth and naturally occurring bacteria will rapidly break down the goodies and make them sooo stinky. Imagine phenomenally bad BO. 😮 ---

Out of curiosity, when wearing EOW, how long does it typically take to see some sort of response in a man? Assuming I’m within about 5-10 foot of a guy. I have read that copulins (main ingredients of EOW) can cause a 150% spike in testosterone in men when they smell them. Is there a way…just to tell by talking or being around a guy that his levels have increased? I know men can become more aggressive…but are there other ways of telling that something’s going on?😕 ---

A lot of guys have developed amazing self control, especially if they’re in situations where acting on their urges might be frowned upon. So if you’re wearing copulins to work, don’t expect your male co-workers to start flirting with you. However, if you’re wearing them to a club, you can expect men to be more obvious about their reactions. Sometimes I’ve been convinced that cops would get someone’s attention and then had nothing happen. At other times I’ve just put it out of my mind and ended up with amazing results. One time my husband came in the door, stated that he could smell me from two feet outside the door and had made a beeline for the bedroom. lol
