Hey there, I’ve only just recently learnt about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), and after a bit of browsing I stumbled upon this site, and after seeing how friendly and welcoming it seemed to be, I figuired I’d sign up, and see what I can learn. I guess my first question is, is there any ‘essential’ pheromones that would be recommended to a 21 year old male? Thanks Heaps, ---

Hi Captain, Welcome to the forum. What pheromones to use is depending on what kind of result you wish to get. There are pheromones for sexual, friendship, relationship, respect and so on. Tell us more about your purpose of using pheromones. What is your personality? Are you shy or outgoing? Who are your targets? Then we can give you some recommendations on pheromones. CHeers ---

I’m a pretty out going person, but find i struggle with the first hurdle of approaching girls when I’m out, so if theres anything to help with that, and building their interest I guess would be appreciated. Also I’ve heard that they can be used to help in the workplace as well, is this true? ---

For approaching girls, IO will help. It can help you to open up the girls and make them want to talk to you. AMMO (unfortunately is out of stock) is good to make her attracted to you. Another pheromone you can try is IH. It can make her closer to you. She will talk deeper and more details with you. It can enhance the relationship. As for work, A314 is good to make people feel you are respected, capable and trusted. Bear in mind, pheromones merely help and they are not magic potion. A lot still have to do with yourself. Welcome to Pherotalk Captain! Yes, we are a friendly bunch aren’t we. Also, this place is full of information ; so you have come to a friendly , informative place. The recommendations jamesbonded gave were pretty right on. I will add instant shine when wearing the A314. I also recommend instant gentleman instead of A314 but I think you are more aware of what you want so I will put in a thread so you can decide.
