Hey guys, my name is Sav out in WA state and livin at the age of 17. Currently I have never had a girlfriend, nor have had any success with women at all. I mean, I always have had confidence struggles and a lot of struggle keeping a girl I am talking to interested. Thanks to google I ended up finding this website and decided to join in and find out what would be best from me. From what I have read, some things work for others and some for again, others. I just wanted some help in deciding what would be best for me. Some people say that ammo and those kind wouldn’t be too good for teens, whereas instant openness and sunshine would be fine. Basically I want to be able to talk to girls, keep them in tune with me, and also feel attracted towards me… and maybe get some #'s. 😛 Thanks for all that reply and welcome me to the forums, and let me end with a happy new year that is prosperous to all. ---

Hey Sav and welcome to the forums. Ammo is ok, but one spray, maybe 2 max because you are a teen and are still producing hormones and irregular rates. The main ingredient may scare off women at your age. IO and IShine are great, and so is IG as it gives you that mature vibe that younger women may be looking for./ [Pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) will help you talk to them, but it won’t help you get the axe effect (it will happen sometimes but don’t expect it). ---

Welcome to phertalk sav Yeah ammo’s not too great when you’re in your teens. No one knows what affect Androstenone (one of the main molecules in Ammo) would have on a person still going through puberty, so it’s best to just stay clear of it for a few years. Anyway a great mix that I’ve found to work wonders for me in school is [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) + Instant Openness + Instant shine. I’ve had girls that I barely know approach me and hit up a conversation in the hall way. Increased general respect from other guys and it’s just a great all roud mix. IMO you should stay away from all products with androstenone, it’s more about the effects it may have on your development rather than because you’ll be at risk of an OD. But in the end it’s your choice. Make sure you keep a journal, I always enjoy reading the results other teen get. Any questions? ---
