There are many different products you could try, but I’m still unsure what exactly you are trying to accomplish with the mones. If you are looking to “get Caucasian women” for sexual encounters try some Ammo or TUTH. At 32 years old the Androstenone (-none) shouldn’t be significant to adversely effect your game. The older we get the less -none we produce, so you should be fine. If for social reasons 
, you might try some IO, or IH and all these can be mixed. However, I would take precautions if mixing TUTH and Ammo togethor. You might try and read the mens forums for some tips and tricks.
