Hi everyone, my name’s mike, i was always pretty curious about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), i mean such a small investment in time and money which can have such a huge effect, talk about efficiency right? so a little bit of research and googling landed me here, it looks like a great place you’ve all built up. open forums attached to your product? fking brilliant. anyway, i’m a pretty athletic 21 year old guy from jersey, blood type O, of chinese descent. as with most 21 year old guys…and most guys in general…im looking for more female attention. more specifically i was hoping to be able to find something that would make me magnetically attractive. from what ive seen on the boards so far, i think im looking for ammo, or instant shine, possibly a314 depending on the sort of vibe im trying to project? i dunno, if someone would be willing to point me in the right diection it would be greatly appreciated. ---

Welcome to the forum! Ammo is an excellent product to start with. A314 and shine are also great choices! I’d also consider pairing ammo with [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/). A314 can also be worn with used along with it. A314 also has great work applications as well. Once you get the feel of products individually you can start using them in conjunction with each other. Asians tend to produce less androstenone and can usually get away with wearing more of it. A314 definitely gets you noticed. Instant Female Magic acts as a great female relaxant, shine, throws that happyness vibe in there, and ammo for sex appeal. Welcome to the forum JPM! You probably produce a fair amount of androstenone at your age and fitness level, but you could still get away with wearing small to moderate amounts of Ammo. A314 is great for work but not a great product for sexual attraction. I suggest Instant Shine, Instant Honesty, and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to help you achieve your goal. Start with small amount of one product at a time and work your way up to find your optimal dosage and become familiar with the effect of each product. thanks for the info. i was actually curious because i saw an infomercial or something years back, where some guy went and talked to 4 girls when he had pheromones on, and when he didnt, and the time he had it on he got more attention. i thought it was an interesting idea, even if the commercial wasnt terribly convincing. some time later, i clicked on an [i-am-bored.com](http://i-am-bored.com) advertisement out of curiousity…and bought pherlure. and i dont know if its a placebo effect or not, but when i use it i definitely get more attention. as for getting ammo, is this a good or bad idea? its listed as a good beginner, so i feel naturally inclined towards that, and you tell me asians produce less of that particular pheromone naturally, so i might be good. but the next poster says that at my age and fitness level i should be wary of overusing it. how hormonally related is this? because i will hesitantly agree to the broad generalization that asians tend to be less muscular, less confrontational (and hence less testosterone ridden…which would affect this pheromone?) which is what i take your advice to mean. if i am a gym rat does this still apply to me? cheers ---

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is my favorite Retail line product when it comes to sex appeal. You’ll see me recommend it time and time again. Lately I’ve been wearing my own mixes that take a lot of time to formulate and tweak to get just right.
