How is it going ladies and gents, I’m Jack Sterling, 25 years old from Boston,Ma The reason I’ve decided to join the forum is because there is just to much mis-leading information on [Pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) out there. I’m fairly new to the whole thing and want to get a better idea of what would work best for me. Also learn some general info on Pheromones Thanks for any help. ---

Hello, welcome! What are you trying to accomplish with mones? My best guess is that you want to attract more girls, right? If so, give ammo and Instant shine a try. Those two works well as a combo. They have a ammo summer edition now that you can try. It has a little more TAA (which is the main ingredient of IS) and another social that would make it very good. If you want to be more sexual, just go with the regular ammo. If you want to get more respect try IG or A314. IG is a bit softer and A314 is more alpha. Hope this helps. Any other Q’s? ---

for your age, IG, AMMO and instant shine are good pheros which can be used anywhere even at work. IG gives a mature but approachable vibe, AMMO makes you that sexy man…(make sure you dont use too much of AMMO… caus then u may not see any results at all) instant shine gives that carefree hapy feeling to both u and those arround you… u can consider using them together… but before that you may like to use them all independently to figure out your sweet spot where you get the best results.. for each individual phero… have a look at IH. its excelent for creating bonding… good to use with others on first dates or arround that special girl you would like to bond with ---
