whats going on, as you can see i’m new to these whole [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) deal. i’m 21 and i live in new york. i’m really interested into getting all these fragrances you guys are talking about and to see the reaction. i just wanted to know what are the essentials that i should pick up. thanks in advance oh and what does “-none” mean…again thanks in advance ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Renny is the man here and he gave you some really good starting points with his recommended reading. I really suggest starting at the bottom of the list - and then jumping back up to the top. Then read the success stories. These first articles whill help out everything into perspective. Once you get through some of this come back and tell us a little more about yourself: your personality, what you want to do with the pheromones, etc. - and aftger doing that reading you will understand why it is important to consider these factors in what products to use. thanks for the reads. they were helpfull and cleared somethings up. well i’m a pretty laid back guy, that goes with the follow i guess you can say. i’m just trying to build up more confidence to apporoach more women and enjoy life. hope you guys have more advice fore me. thanks ---

Hello again- Based on what you have said I would make the following recommendations: [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) - it will help bump up your presence and has enough none in it to spice things up with the ladeis. Instant shine - it will help make people happy to be around you. IO - it will help with starting conversations if you are a little shy. Remember what you read - you will still have to talk to people and may heave to intiate the conversation but these products will with those interactions if you are willing to work on them. ---
