Hello. I am asking on behalf of somebody who might be interested in wearing pheromones (my mom). I’m obviously a guy, and obviously the person I am asking for is a woman. She has had a radical hysterectomy and no longer has any ovaries, and she came off hormon therapy a few months ago. She seems interested in pheromones that might help her, but she’s not the researching type.

I get the feeling she doesn’t want anything overtly sexual but she might be interested in something that helps her feel more feminine. Any advice on stuff I should look in to? I don’t know much about women’s pheromones. I’d be interested in any products, Androtics or otherwise.

I’ve tried wearing [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) around her several times, and I’m not sure it does anything to her mood (she seems to respond more favorably to WAGG). I don’t like the stuff much, it makes me feel wierd in low doses, even bad, and I’m not sure I could be around her wearing the stuff.

Also, any other advice on hysterectomies would be welcome. I’m sort of shocked she got one, as she never really talked about it with me at all, or sought a second opinion (she had benign growths and the _male_ doctor was the type that “huh, you don’t need it anyways… let’s take your ovaries while you are at it” (no history of ovarian cancer in the family, either) My parents are from the generation that really trust medical doctors advice, too. Personally, I’d never let anybody take my gonads without a really good reason, but that’s just me.

Hey Dae

Sorry about your moms hysterectomy.

I suggest she use Instant sexiness B which is very feminine.

She will no longer be making copulins so this area is where she will be lacking. Most womens products have some copulins in them. Most the experienced women here customize our products to have 5X more cops or better. As long as she knows that [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) don’t always smell good and need to be covered this would be a good option for her.

TAH is good for her as well so MX135 which is TAH heavy would feel good to her.

Hello. It’s common/routine practice, unfortunately, for ob-gyns to actually suggest radical hysterectomy at your mother’s stage of life. However unnecessary. Complete hysterectomy involves, as you said, removal of the ovaries, uterus and fallopian tubes. It’s also common practice to prescripe hormone therapy in such an event. Good thing.

Let me clearly state that I’ve not had a hysterectomy nor do I ever have the intention of getting one. Only under threat of death. These sexual organs are extremely necessary/valuable to me and my well being as a woman. They will have to knock me senseless permanently to eradicate them. I assure you. That said.

When a woman undergoes radical hysterectomy it’s akin to getting her a\*\* kicked out of a plane at 30,000 ft. No sh\*t. We’re talkin’ free fall here. Freakin’ splat. Hence the, also, routine dispensing of hormone replacement drugs like Premarin, etc. There are much better “natural bioidentical” hormones available as alternative replacements. Daedelus, if you’re interested I can give you some reliable research references if you’d like to do some research, for your mom, on natural hormone replacement therapy. I highly recommend it in lieu of female hormone replacement formulated with mare piss. Ideally menopause is a gradual shift. A slow downhill slide, if you will. For most women it should be and is the way nature intended them to enter menopause and is infinitely preferable. Physicians often perform these hysterectomies at the same time they remove benign fibroid tumors. _What they don’t tell you_ is that the majority of these benign tumors _do not really need to be removed_. Upon entering menopause the evidence is that they shrink to the point that they’re no longer “troublesome”. Which is also a relative term often in regards to the size of said tumors. Often the hysterectomies are performed as a matter of course because, as you said, “she had benign growths and the _male_ doctor was the type that huh, you don’t need it anyways… let’s take your ovaries while you are at it.” Yeah. Nice. Nice way to run up the tab and put the down payment on the condo in The Bahamas. Kudos to those doctors who have the ethics not do such a heinous thing. And to those doctors who do not have those ethics…may you sink in your sailboats and rot in the briny depths of hell. Seriously. It’s a fucking crime against women.

So. Bottom line. If a doctor tells you, your mother, your wife or a loved one that for any reason you/they need a radical hysterectomy…do your homework first before making a decision and ALWAYS get a second opinion. Make sure you really need this surgery. Your/their quality of life and well being could depend on it.

As far as pheromones for Mama. Knowing a bit more about her personality would help. You said she wants to feel more feminine but not overtly sexual. Instant Shine to perk herself up and those around her. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to encourage conversation. And Instant Sexiness/A or B depending on her personality. Maybe MX135…seems every woman on the forum loves the way it makes them feel and the reactions it provokes in others.

Well I don’t know if this helps/answers your questions or not…but take it for what it’s worth.

Definitely Bella! I think you are right on with this information, and I wish more women would think about what they are doing to their bodies when they have this procedure done. I think it’s invoked much more often than is actually necessary.

Yes, that’s what I read, too. I mean, I’d never suggest a woman get a hysterectomy like that without first getting a second opinion. But my mom really trusts her doctors, and I was only told about the operation two days before it happened… by my dad. I expressed alot of reservations, because I had read about the procedure, and how often it is (over)done (plus I’m wary of doctors- I only go to them when I really need to go- I’m not stupid, but I’m not _stupid)._ Again, no ovarian cancer in the family, so this kind of operation was shocking- I was thinking, “just remove the dang growths again- she’ll stop having heavy periods soon enough anyways, no doubt”.

I have read, for instance, that the ovaries aren’t “useless” even after menopause, as they continue to produce some testosterone. Unfortunately I know testosterone supplementation in women is a dicey thing. The adrenal glands also produce testosterone in women, of course, but my mom probably has about half or less of what she used to have. When I asked her about seeing an endocrinoligist about having her hormones checked, she just kind of said “but I don’t want to be a man!”. Oh well- honestly I don’t know if testosterone supplementation in women is something that is common, but I have heard a female endocrinologist, lecturing, saying it is part of her practice, in very low doses.

My mom can still be happy, but I noticed after the operation she seemed more moody and to have less energy. Then she went on hormones, and she actually got, umm, a little bitchy and had hot flashes for some reason. I would be very interested in hearing anything you have to say, Bella. Please send me a message as I’d be very interested in learning more. I think TAH might be what she wants to try- I’m not sure if she’d like copulins just yet (I’m not, umm… sure I’d like that on her, being around her it might make me uneasy? I’ll have to try copulins on myself to gauge the reaction). I’ll keep [Instant Sexiness B](https://phera.com/product/kitten/) in mind. Also, what do you think of Scent of Eros for Women? I think she’d like something simple that “looks” like a perfume, she’s not into mixing stuff.

I tried to get my mom to drink soy milk or take some soy supplements. She seems to do OK with soy milk, but she’s not crazy about the taste and doesn’t drink it often enough (I drink/eat a moderate amount of soy every week or so, maybe 6-9 servings. I’m vegetarian BTW). Some women say soy causes hotflashes, and I’m no woman so I won’t argue with them. Also, I’ve heard sweet potatoes are good, but she’s not crazy about those either (even though I personally like them, and they are on my diet- South Beach). I think ginseng would give her a little boost, too- I know it gives me a big boost in energy. But again, she’s old fashioned and not into supplements so much, unless one of her doctors tells her to take them (she’s like my grandma, not to speak ill, but she’s lazy, especially if there’s no man around to motivate her… my dad lives in DC alot of the time earning the dough and me or my brother are the “man of the house”. Now days, thanks to all the pheromones, that’s usualy me emotionally, but my brother makes alot of the other decisions).

I bought her some regular perfume, too, and she seems to be using that. She’s not used to taking care of herself much, between my grandmother, a house about $50/trip away that needs work to be sold/rented, etc., she has little time for herself. I’m trying to push her towards taking better care of herself, and for my dad to cut down on the ridiculous criticisms- he seems to love criticizing her driving, her house keeping, etc. I just told my dad a few days ago, a little sternly, perhaps over the top “you know, that’s not how you talk to somebody you are suppossed to love”.

If I had to describe my mom’s personality, it would be sort of a “girl scout” type person. She used to be very cheerful, the most outgoing person in the family (she chitchats alot), not really a “leader” type- as a girl she felt like an ugly duckling, though, compared to her sister, and she never got alot of compliments compared to her. As she’s gotten older, she’s gotten more assertive of course. She’s fairly short, too, about 5’3. I joke with her that I have her legs, because my legs are only a half inch or so longer than her’s (28 1/2 - 29 inch inseam on my part). In fact, we used to wear the same jeans sometimes- I’d give my old ones to her. She has very small, stubby hands, too (mine are sort of men’s medium, her’s would be XS). She also has very fine facial hair, transparent, that makes her look a little “fuzzy”, and she’s embarrassed whenever anybody points that out.

Oh yeah, I’m pretty sure she has some kind of pheromones left after all that. Not to be gross, crude, but I can smell my mom when I’m near her a bit (I have a good nose, remember) and for some reason it seems distinctive… not like a man really, but has some of the same smells (androstenols?).

I’ve never heard about hysterectomies until now (shame on me), so I kind of feel helpless when you’re asking for advise.

But I wanted to mention, that it’s really very sweet of you to help your mom out! What a nice boy you are 🙂

Hope you mom feels like a superstar soon

Oh yeah, well, I’m not a boy really … I’m actually a man. At least some of the time 🙂 I’m in my early 30’s actually. Let’s just say I’m getting to the age, where my age is embarrassing me 😮 Now I understand why women hate to talk about their age 🙂 Depending on how I dress, I can look much younger than my age, though… but my mind isn’t really “young” anymore.

I feel like sometimes I’ve lost alot of time. Like maybe people would not appreciate what I’ve done with my life.

Last time I visited my grandfather 2 years ago and stayed with him, he told me I had wasted my life because I didn’t have a good job, didn’t have a family or girlfriend, etc, when I was your age I had this and that, and had 5 kids. It really hurt me at the time. After a couple days of that kind of treatment, I had a breakdown of sorts… and didn’t talk to my grandfather for a while. I still am not that happy with him, I wrote him off a bit which is sort of sad but I have to protect myself. I got alot of milder reactions like that from my relatives, esp. when I expressed a desire to try and find a way to move out of my parents house, maybe even find a nice apartment in the city (Tulsa… I live in Orlando right now with my parents. Apartmens were cheap in Tulsa).

Alot of people can be very judgemental about what you do in life. I try not to focus on negative things that much now days, and what I suppossedly “can’t” do, or how I “should” feel according to other people. I have done so many things people have told me at one time or another I was incapable of doing. I was born with a ventricular septal heart defect, optic nerve hypoplasia (as far as I know, none of these are genetic, they were just birth defects caused by a rough pregnancy).

I once had a concerned mother lecture me on my interest in martial arts because I had a heart operation decades earlier (I was telling this mother that martial arts are good for a kid nystagmus/disabilities to get confidence), she said if I got punched in the chest, I might die, blah blah blah (nevermind I used to do medium contact sparring all the time). My optometrist as a kid might well have a heart attack if he learned I liked riding motorcycles… and actually managed to drive a car eventually (age 28- I probably could have started driving earlier but I got prismatic lenses that year and that boosted my confidence). Stuff like that. None of this came overnight and none of it was easy, and having few friends or little support, it was tough. I don’t feel like letting anybody condemn the things I have had to deal with, that’s all. So I usually “keep quiet” about my age, unless it sticks out like a sore thumb in which case, I feel embarrassed a little.

Dae

Let me ask you this ? Are you happy with your life. I dont mean satisfied because I think self improvement should be a life long process. I mean happy. Do you take part in the things that bring you joy ?

Do what brings you joy and if you do then your life is not wasted.

Yes, I enjoy alot of things in life. Motorcycles rides, helping people, make the word better, stuff like that. It’s a struggle sometimes, though. I’m “moody” and sometimes a little brooding (I’m the Lone Wolf), and I do get depressed sometimes, especially in the winter. I’m not yet a really outgoing person, either, and I still have trouble relating to women. I’m afraid I’ll look really weak to most people. Like they might pitty me more than respect me. I don’t like pitty at this point in my life. When somebody pitties you, the next thing they do, is ignore you.

Maybe I’ll post a pic of me one of these days in my avatar. I need to get one of me having some fun… otherwise I really do have a “Clint Eastwood” thing. My one teacher in school once said “if looks could kill, you’ld be a mass murderer”. OK, got one up… I’m not smiling. I’ve got a picture of me next to my Reflex, and I look a little less severe, but you can’t see my face well.

I even have a “squinty” look of Clint Eastwood (and I’m slightly photophobic, too- bright light makes me squint). My eyes are a bit Asian looking, actually. You can’t see it but I have small epicanthic folds in the inner corners. LOL 🙂 I trimmed my beard up a little too, now I’ve only got a moustache and goatee.

Yeah, that is me.. though like I said I usually look a little less severe than that. Like I said, I’ve got a face of a cat, it doesn’t move alot even when I feel emotions. I’d probably make a great poker player, in fact this is what my grandpa used to call me (the one that actually liked me more… he’s dead now). I actually look alot like him in many ways, though he was rail thin and a little taller. He had the same shape of eyes, though.

I’ve been working on smiling more. When I smile it looks sort of like Slye Stalone alot of the time, maybe one corner goes up more than the other. It’s not completely natural… yet.

Thats right you did mention in another post you didn’t smile a lot.

Do you laugh a lot ? You cant help but smile when you laugh it just happens. Just remember what it feels like when you laugh and mimic it with a smile.

I laugh a lot, sometimes I laugh so hard I almost pee myself. Hey I am getting old LOL

Laughter increases the endorphins and has the power to change you.

Look for the humor in life and laugh laugh laugh

Really I am not kidding. A sense of fun and joy is attractive and contagious. A small change such as laughter can make a huge difference in how you perceive yourself and how others perceive you.

Oh yeah… I like watching funny stuff, like the Simpsons. But I don’t laugh too much. Nobody in my family does really.

I seem to be good at making other people laugh, though, sometimes. Even if I don’t. Maybe I just smile or chuckle at my own jokes.

Well then we will just have to find a mone that makes you laugh more.

I recommend P94 some spaceland and a good comedy club or video.

Then start practicing that smile and laugh.

Lack of laughter and smiling is not hereditary its a learned response.

Unlearn it.
