# I am a highschooler need help please!

Here’s the deal, and it’s a teensy bit of an oversimplification from what I’m told but basically it’s like this.

Alpha Androstenol is very chatty in a fun way. Good if you like light hearted chit chat. It gives people around you the impression that you’re a very fun and social guy.

Beta Androstenol is more serious, stimulates a sense of trust and connection that directs conversation into deeper area’s. Good if you want people to feel safe really opening up with you.

Now, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is 70% Alpha-nol/30% Beta-Nol  
Instant Honesty is the reversed ratio  
CTTM2 is roughly a 50/50 ratio.

IMO anyone of the above would be a good addition to Ammo, especially if you’re fairly young. You’re in HS so you most likely produce a fair amount of androstenone so Ammo alone might be a bit much by itself, however buffered with a single spray of some Nol based product you should be good.
