But, I have been reading this website for quiet sometime now. I am thinking the pheromones that would suit me best would be A314, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), turn up the heat, and Instant shine. I am 22, and I have a very atheletic body. I don’t go to clubs much anymore, but I do go to a party or bar on a biweekly basis. I am more so looking at these, because I broke up with my gf a month ago. I haven’t taken it so well, because I was head over heals and looking to make her the one. Now, I am back to square one and kind of depressed IS. I am looking for a LTR, and I would like to find that girl in a school or gym atmosphere. The type I am going for is good looking, smart, and atheletic, so I need all the help I can get. What does everyone think about my pics? I am a bit abrasive, can even be an ass from time to time, but it’s never meant intentionally. I plan on wearing these to school and the gym. If I ever make it to one the club and party’s as well, but I am taking a full boat of chemistry, math and physics for the next 3 years. So, I doubt I will have much time for that. Honestly, I don’t want a girl that I would find there anyway and I am more after the girl that I find in the gym or as my study partner for one of my science classes. Any input would be greatly appreciated. ---

I’d say IG and IShine are brilliant choices! I’ d have a look at either IO or IH as well, they are really good…IH in particular if you want to establish a more close connection with a girl, which I’m assuming you would since you’re after a LTR? I’m a bit more reluctant about the TUTH though…It’s a great product, don’t get me wrong…but it’s not exactly something that’s suitable for wearing to class…especially not if you’re trying to attract a girl for a LTR. If you’d be after a ONS then TUTH is the one to go for, but not if you are looking for something more longterm… TUTH sends a _very_ sexual vibe! It literally screams “I want sex…NOW!” That’s not going to attract a girl who’s potentially after a LTR…it’ll just give her the impression you’re trying to get into her pants, get a quick shag and then move on to the next one… I would think [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) would work better…IG is also a great one as it makes women feel really relaxed and comfortable with you… And most women think it’s sexy to have a guy that makes her feel protected 😉 IG is also a little bit softer than A314…it wont be as intimidating as A314 can sometimes be 🙂 Hope that helps… I’m sure the guys can step in and give you some more advice, agree or disagree with my thoughts…that obviously are from a females perspective 🙂 ---

The Turn up the heat is for after I find the girl that I would like to start working on the LTR with. I appreciate the knowledge though. So your opinion is that IG, IShine, and A314 can all be used in the same setting? Is there any males out there that have had success with this combination? Also, once I am in the mood is it safe to throw TUTH into the mix as well? ---

Hey Bakie, I’ll just echo Xiphoid’s very smart advice. Drop A314 and TUTH from your starter list and add AMMO and IO. AMMO, IG, IO, and Ishine will give you a very good range of products. When you have tried them and want to round out your pheromone palette add A314, TUTH and IH. Read through the sticky posts, there is a lot of info. Don’t worry about digesting all of it right away. I’ve got some threads in my sig that many people have told me helped them as well. What [Pheromones](https://a314.com/) can and can’t do is a must read for everyone written by Tisha23, our phero goddess. My stupid newbie tricks is about the mistakes and insights I had starting out. And Congruence whats that is loaded with information about how who you are is as important as what your pheromone signature says. Best to you and Welcome to the board! ---

Maybe I should expand a bit as well on why I thought IG would be better suited than A314… You’ve got an athletic build and if you are already very confident and as you say sometimes come across as “abrasive” then A314 might just tip the balance too much and make you seem like an intimidating & cocky guy…a bit too much of the “solidier” boy stereotype if that makes sense? IG will still give you that vibe that oozes respect and alpha male but in a softer & more (for females at least) comforting and protective way… But I do agree that TUTH could be a great product once the relationship is underway 🙂 ---

I am now a reservist, though I was active duty for 2 years. I came in on an NCS billet. I am currently at NOSC Wichita, and I am going to school at Hutch CC. I have another 3 weeks left in this semester and I will be transferring to Wichita State.
