Ok, After my initial test of IShine with mild self effects, I’ve tried some sprays of Ammo, trying to follow tisha’s instructions for trying new [pheromones](https://a314.com/), mentioned somewhere around here… I don’t have any recognisable hits from 1 spray up to 7 sprays of Ammo x2. Starting to wonder what’s wrong with me… in fact while messing around with Turn up the heat 4 sprays, I saw more hits… Argh, wondering if someone got the labels messed up on the bottles now… Please help 🙂 ---

how many spray of ammo do you start with? 7 sprays is way too much ---

I started with 1 and the 2 the next day, up to 7 by the end of the week 🙂 I know that 7 sprays is too many 🙂 hence the help request ---

i suggest you go back to basic. try 2 sprays for a few days. try to go to different location or occasions. try to initiate talks with girls, flirt a bit and see reactions. if no effect after a few days, increase to 3 sprays and do the same. another thing is, don’t expect too much on pheros. girls will not jump on you. many times we need to initiate. hope this help ---

my guess is you jumped up too quickly (the dosage i mean), start with 1 spray, stick to that for a few days, and then 2 sprays for a few days…n then 3 sprays etc…until you OD. 1 day is wayy too short to test n find your sweet spot. some people find what works for them after weeks of trial n error. have fun 🙂 ---

I also don’t get girls jump on me but get rejected by them yes. Word of advice jasona111 be careful of their bitch shields. OK Jasona dont panic LOL Your just starting out and sometimes it takes time to get accustomed to the products. To better help you, knowing where you applied them, what kind of enviroment you wore them in and exactly how much will help me help you figure out how to get them working. Knowing the reactions you do notice good or bad will help me to tell if you need more or less buffering. So I suggest you start with a clean slate, go take a hot shower and start again. Keep track of the above. I know it can be a pain but you will be happy you did it in the end. Keep in mind that pheromones will only influence reactions. Women are not all blatant like me and are gonna chase you down the street and knock you down behind a bush LOL 😃 They will give subtle cues. Make more eye contact, Keep glancing your way, stare, smile more, hover in your area more , sometimes bump into you on purpose. The product just gives you a edge. Yes there are times when you will read about big blatant hits but those dont happen all the time they are just fun to report. From the information you have given I am thinking 2 sprays of AMMO ( I am assuming by X2 you mean you have double ammo. Try one to each side of your neck then while its wet take your wrist and spread it up your jaw line and see how that go’s. You can wear a shot of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) with it if you like but do the test by itself first. Now dont sit around looking for all those cues I mentioned above. Try to set it and forget it. Girls can pick up on discomfort and when you sit around looking for cues all the time your not in a natural state. Look back at you day when you get home and jot down anything you may have noticed. Tisha ---

If i were you, i would try: 1.5 sprays of Turn Up The Heat in total rubbed into your neck, back of ears and forearms. (The trick is too shoot some on your wrist and rub your wrist all over and on your other wrist) I would try the same the next day with ammo. Also, remember that ammo is almost as scented as a regular perfume and regular perfumes are not supposed to be applied with many sprays. You must have stunk sooo much with all that ammo!! Wash it off good at the end of each day because pheromones accumulates on your skin. Pheromones seem sticky. People on this forum say that androstenone (in Turn Up The Heat and ammo) accumulate on skin. I believe most pheromones stick on skin. ---

Thomas touched on something that wasn’t mentioned much. Some pheromone are very sticky, -none is particularly sticky. Sticky pheromones will stay on you or your clothing even after showers. If you started off with 1 spray on day 1 and added a spray per day until day 7, then after that week you’ll have sprayed yourself with 28 sprays of Ammo 2X which equates to 56 sprays of Ammo in that week which is an average of 8 sprays a day. 8 sprays in one day will most likely cause you to OD for the next couple days, let alone that day itself. Add up 7 days worth of high levels of -none and you’re going to have lots of residue on you that’s waiting to diffuse. I say take it easy and tone it down to 1..maybe 2 sprays. Try the low dosage for a week instead. Those are some wonderful looking legs in your avatar Thomas.. ---

Thanks all 🙂 I’m away from home for a week or so, so I’m not going to try any experiments till I get back… Interestingly the strongest hit I’ve had was a couple of days ago in the supermarket wearing 1 spray Turn up the heat to chest (high up almost neck), 2 sprays Double ammo, and about 6 sprays IS… got the eye contact, the smile etc so I did what any man in that situation wouldn’t, wussed out and left the store 🙂 ---

Ok you did notice a little with one shot of TUTH in the store. I think you have already experienced the OD effect with ammo which is why you havnt noticed anything. When you get back from your trip scale back to using 1 or 2 sprays of AMMO and apply like I said Up your jaw line, then the next day try it on your head. seriously we lose most of our heat from our heads and this is how the mones diffuse off the body, with the heat we emit. I am thinking its probably a combination of OD and application points that has held you back a bit so far. Tisha ---

I suggest experimenting with low doseages. Try one week of 1 Spray of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and 1 refresh after 4 hours (a whole period of 8 hours then) no more -none Did you check other factors of first impression? How do you look in your clothes? Try to be good looking 🙂 Nice haircut, stylie cloth… You won´t get good hits if your body language tells everyone: “Huh. _scared_ DON´T Talk to me!!!” ---
