Hi and welcome! Did you also try varying the doses, as well as the environments you were wearing them in? If they really aren’t working for you, for whatever reason, you can get a refund, or exchange if you want to. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is one I would have definitely recommended for you, to help with the shyness. Its a subtle thing, really.
