haha… I think i was destined to find this place … anyways … my name is christian… I’ve believed in pheromones for about 8 or more years now (i used something back then…dont remember what brand or what anything.or if it was even real or not…BUT…it was a claimed [pheromone oil](https://a314.com/product-category/oil-pheromones/) to be added to cologne or to be used by itself… Anyways …it was seeming to make a little difference in my life … wasn’t long and I had a GF… that lasted for …years …i never told her about it… but she found it and threw it out…she thought it was a gimick or junk or something… i just started to look for something like that recently… and Now i’ve found this Forum… how frikkin cool… I want to learn as much as possible about the whole subject ! … I’ll be a test dummy ! 😃 anyways … I’m this wierd kinda too shy sometimes…and too open at other times… and i’m trying to find a better “in between” and maybe fooling around with pheromones might help me learn some cool things about myself along the way !!! I cant wait to start diving in and reading threads … You all probably wont hear from me awhile…as i realize i have So much to learn… and I’m sure any Q’s I have ./… have already been asked… so I’ll go now and find them … talk to you all later 😉 ---

Hello Christian and welcome to the forum. If you really want to learn a lot just start with the stickies in the mens forum. You can certainly learn all the basics there. Also be sure to read the first thread in my signature block (by Tisha). It will give you a realistic e view of what to expect or not to expect with these products. In the meantime we really need to know a little more information about your personality and how you interact with people and and what you want to do with the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). That way we will be able to make decent recommendations from among all the great products tha androtics offfers. Hope to hear back from you soon. ---

Hey there Christian and welcome to the forums! Don’t worry about asking questions here, that’s what the forums are for… especially the introduction section! That really sucks that your girl threw out all your phero’s. Are you still with the same girl? If so, you may want to find a better hiding place this time. Why dont you tell us a bit more about yourself? Where did you want to use pheromones? At work, at school, in a pub? Who were you hoping to affect with them? Yourself, your girl, friends, family? You mentioned being a weird kind of shy… don’t worry, we’ll break you of that in the forums. We’re all very outgoing here… well, the ones who post with regularity, anyways. Remember, all the Instant Line aren’t meant to be mixed with cologne. It’s much better to spray them on, wait 10-15 min for them to settle, then spray on your cover scent… or more phero’s. 😛 ---

Hello Christian, Good to have you here in Pherotalk so welcome on board 🙂 Ok i can see that you are a believer there based on your experience on pheros, that’s good as you know that pheros work for you there 🙂 Well like Mr Feel Good have said, you better find a good hiding place if you are with your girlfriend to avoid your pheros being tossed out. wow…thanks for the quick and friendly hello ! yeah … I’ll be happy and willing to share more (about myself) …to learn more about the “subject” and in turn , about myself . (I knew I’d be doing it sometime along the way … and I want to read up on the subject just to learn important things like **terms** (which in itself …will help me describe things better probably… ANd understand what You guys are talking about better ) but here’s a short version… 😕 first off…Not with the same girl anymore for a few years now havent even dated… I was embarrassed about the pheromones…but shouldnt have been) … I’ve been so busy with many exciting things going on in my life..(my life is extraordinary in general).. that I just have kind of been “doing my thing” and waiting for something to happen …I occasionally come across a fem that I admire… but a shyness takes over and …nothing… I’m probably some kind of “record holder” of missed opportunities … and dont even know it ☹ BUT…when it comes to “Taken women”(married or spoken for) I dont feel the pressure or something… and I open up and Im friendly … I get along with almost everyone really good. (i’m even outgoing… and say hi to strangers all the time… and I’m not afraid to ask questions to strangers (men or women)…i get along really good with women…probably a little better than with men … But …when it comes to women I’m attracted to… I’m ignorant how to handle it :o So i was kind of looking for pheromones to maybe help me (even if it meant …somehow having a woman "come on to me , first " (you see… sadly…that is How …the majority of relationships have been in my 40 year life… and Ive never been married …and no kids ) So …bieng a newb to the subject …my thinking is… whether the pheromones really work or not … If i believe they work … maybe i will be more confident too … Ok … the Long Winded “me” has now come out …dang it 😛 thanks again for the warm welcome… christian ---

I take it you are looking for something in the gnereal social to romance field. Given the above I would recommend: [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) - it is none based and will certainly let the ladies know that you are interested. You will need to experiment but I would guess your range would be up in the 2- maybe as high as 4 range. Start at the lower range for testing. Once you get a feel for it you might want to consider Double Strength Ammo but I would not start with that. After that go with IO. It will help you with those intial conversations. Plus it helps keep things on the light side when used by itself. Next I would consider Istant shine. YOu can never go wrong with that. It helps people feel happy to be around you. You may also want to think about A314. It is great for work - it gives you a very strong alpha leader vibe - one that you will have to live up to. Plus you can get some respect distance with it so you might need to pair it with the Ishine. But it also pairs very well with Ammo in the social and romance field which is more what I am thinking about. There is a thread in my signature block that talks about that combo. thanks bosshanks… yes …generally you are correct about what brought me here…and what I’ll be shooting for in the beginning… Ive been reading threads … and im fascinated by the whole subject… cant wait to start trying some pheros… and see if i can have fun with it …like most of you seem to be having. 🙂 ---

Ok i have checked your reply there & i agreed with bosshank on his recommendations of Instant Shine that i have recommended earlier, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) & AMMO or i called the big three 🙂 IO is great for an icebreaker in conversations while AMMO is good for sexual attraction plus it got a lot of good feedback from users as well 🙂 And btw if you are in a tight budget, get the togo bottles as they are more cheaper & easy to carry around 🙂 All the best in trying the pheros & see ya 🙂 ---

I honestly think part of it was JUST BECAUSE I was AWARE … and paying attn … Due to all the reading I’ve been doing on this subject yesterday and today !!! But I had an "eye contact " or two (doubletake ones) and a couple really friendly conversations. So by learning my “baseline” i will have something to compare any changes or differences to … theoretically anyways … hehe Thanks Again to all of you 🆒 ---
