Hello People! I have an energy about me that makes people laugh and enthusiastic around me. I really like that and I’ve bought IS to enhance the good vibes I give off, and confidence. Good Idea, from what I have read here. My best friend in the world is my ex. We were together for ten years. The thing is…he’s secretive, and has some serious trust issues. I’d like him to open up, relax and be more honest with me. So I am considering IO or IH as my next purchase. I should mention we have been on this slow path to getting back together. The lack of real trust has nothing to do with bad conduct on my part~I was always faithful and devoted, it’s something stemming from his youth. Nothing I can negate with words or actions…so a little magic is needed. I am going to peruse journals and research. I want this man to be relaxed, open and honest with me. ---

I think I would go exclusively for IH. I would get two vs. IO and IH. The best effects from IH come at about 4 sprays. You hit about 40 mcg beta nol there, along with about 12.5 alpha nol. I have used all of these. The blend usually opens up communication. Then, the beta tends to make people release repressed thoughts on their mind. Instead of just thinking it, they say it. Some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) will also help you keep IH on the happy track - and its a superb relaxed and mature conversational combo. The only thing with IH alone is that without steering, it can go very deep indeed. ---

Welcome Magnamartha, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie.
