Gotta make this post quick cause I start my first day at work today soon, gonna use IO and MX135 (hehehe) Well this thread became popular and yes, I did pass out after 24 hours, unfortunately I had to go to the store first. Okay, I have never been soo exhausted and delusional that by the time 24 hours were up, I was wavering between consciousness, dreaming and euphoria. I wasn’t even sure if I was awake at times, I was just.. alive somehow. I would just stare up and start seeing the patterns on things start becoming colorful and animated. I WAS SEEING COLORS AND THINGS APPEAR WHERE THEY SHOULDN’T. Faces and whatever were dancing and spinning, moving, popping out of patterns and becoming 3d. That’s _never_ happened before and I’ve been tired quite a few times so yeah.. .. And then my dad called, he was going to the store. Yes, I live with my parents. He’s an idiot so I had to go with him if I wanted to have any food to eat this week. It was painful to stay awake but I straggled on, because I’m a warrior! I can’t say I remember the trip very well but I remember at checkout, I had noticed one of the managers, I think.. whatever employee status dresses nicer, he was behind some other counter that cashes checks, gets cigarettes (not the regular lanes) and he came over to bag our groceries. I was clearly tired looking but was managing to joke with my father, the guy was talking to our cashier lady and kept looking up at me, and when he left, he was looking at me and said something but I couldn’t understand what it was, I think I heard the word ‘tired’ so he might have been saying something to me but _shrug_ a hit? or just tiredness, usually don’t get that. Got nearly 12 hours of sleep and now it’s time for my IO medicine, will report how my first day at work went. This is CandyVixen, over and out 🆒 ---

I’m glad you asked the question because the rep pts were a complete mystery to me, too, so bubblyblonde I repped you for asking a question I probably should’ve asked. Sadly, that only means one point for you!! :o Was there already somewhere on the forum that explained them that I missed? Are you only supposed to rep someone for a phenomenal post or can you just do it for any reason? ---

Well I would say 85% of mine are for [pheromone](https://a314.com/) posts and 10% are for fun and 5% are from my avatar habit. LOL You can rep whatever you want according to the rules. I do encourage people if they are going to neg a post to not do it because they dont agree with an opinion. We are open here to everyones opinions and differences and dont want it to become judgmental. Just be sure to sign your name and leave a little message in the box that pops up so they know who it is. Of course there are those who dont do that but it is polite LOL I will try to limit mine to posts that contain useful info when I rep someone. Or sometimes they have a bunch of posts that I enjoy and find helpful so at some point when I see them I will give them reps. But I have been known to just spread the love when the mood strikes me to LOL. Its all in good fun 😃 ---

In fact, I have been known to leave a positive rep to explain why I disagree with someone’s opinion, because I am showing that even though I disagree, I appreciate the person’s contribution to the forum. I tend to look at docking rep points as a tool to be used when someone is posting something that is not conducive to the positive environment and/or passing along of information in the forum–primarily if someone is being rude/mean, or is posting with a level of ignorance that I find to be unacceptable and damaging. There’s nothing wrong with not knowing something, but if a person is posting something that’s racist, for example, or spreading misinformation that I feel could do serious damage, I may feel it’s appropriate to dock the person points. That said, I have been on this forum for almost a full year and I have only docked points from three users in that time–all because they were just plain mean. So I’m not strict. 😉 ---

I find it just one way to keep the forum active and fun. We want more members to participate in the reporting of products after all that is what the forum is about but we dont want it to loss the fun atmosphere because that is what makes new members feel at home and want to share there experiences. Once you become familar with the people on the forum, I agree, you know who has alot of experience and who is just learning so although I give out reps I know who to ask when I have a question. This is true as well, but omitting the 3 posts that he made 3 days ago his last posts was from 6 months ago in August. The forum has changed a great deal since then, more members, more frequant posting. I for one, and I am sure others are delighted to see he is back as I have learned a great deal from him here and over at LS and am sure once he starts posting his reps will shoot up considerably as he is very experienced and knowledgable. I do tend to find that people only rep on the newer posts but excellant posts way back in the beginning of the forum dont get them because alot of those posters are not active anymore and people notice that. I do agree with you that reps are not necessarily a indication of experience but they have there purpose. Tisha ---

So I’m not strict. 😉 I agree 100%, and have never negged anybody myself. Everybody is entitled to their opinion, and unless they are plain malicious, I’m not going to neg them. I am much more likely to report a post that’s intended to be hurtful. That being said, it’s kind of funny but somebody decided to neg me today for the post below in this thread. Didn’t have the guts to say who they were though.
