# I need help on dosing. Help pls?

Hi, I’m new here, I’ve been looking at forums lately and I never get how much dose is appropriate for effects. I’m about to buy AMMO, and IO but the options there are a lot. 30ml or 5ml to go, 5mcg, 2.5mcg, 12.5 mcg…and so forth. Which is the good MCGs for the desired effect?

With Ammo or [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) your best bet is the regular or 1X version being 24. It is al about testing really to see what fits you and your goal. Being 24 you have an advantage in that you produce a lot of your own natural pheromones so you should not need much.

Now with younger women say under 30 it does not take much as far as the stronger pheromones like TUTH and even maybe Ammo. But over 30 they start preferring a stronger sexual/status signature and you can wear more.

For you and your age with the Ammo you should be somewhere close with 1-3 sprays, now this should be around the ballpark here and again you will have to test to really see.

With IO you will also have to test. I don’t think IO is so much prone to OD and get the negative effects or the ghosting like Ammo, but you can still have to much and it can soften the Ammo, so I would not still go crazy with the number of sprays. IO does share a common ingredient with Ammo and S.Ammo so if you start using them together I would stay kind of low with the IO like no more than 3 sprays with Ammo or you may weaken it to much.

I would solo test each one first to see what you get. I hope this helps.

I agree with justintime469.

For the instant lines, at your age, just get regular strength or ‘1x’.  
I started mones when I was close to your age and that should be plenty. I never even needed more than 1 spray of each.

When you get to the Ps and experimones then you’d have to be particular about dosages and MCGs.

As for the bottle size, I think that just depends on your budget really.

And yes as justintime has mentioned, solo testing is really the key to understanding how to make good mixes.
