# I need help picking out a pheromone...

I honestly do not believe in this whole [Pheromone cologne](https://a314.com/shop/) thing. Do these things really work? I am 20 years old and I just want girls to notice me at my school, (I am in college), so I can take them out somewhere on a date. Which would you honestly recommend?

If you want to get noticed AMMO is the way to go, If you want them to approach you more or interact with you more add some [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) or Instant Honesty

They have to -go bottles so you can try a few things out without investing much and see what works best for you.

suggestions in order of preference-  
[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)- good balanced, cologne

IO - fun, gets people talking, sometimes with you sometimes with each other around you.

IH - gives you that honest guy vibe.

CTTM - gets people talking to you. (similar to a balanced combination of IO and IH)

like Tisha said, togo bottle are the way to go, unless you are overseas, as shipping is expensive, and buying a couple of full sized bottles is about the same amount of shipping cost, if not less per bottle.
