> Well… Your writing is clear. Your punctuation, spelling and grammar is better than most posters on the Internet. Your traumatic brain injury does not seem to have made you stupid. You are clever enough to be humorous and “the life of the party” – or so it seems from the lucidity of your posts.
>
> What’s the monotone about? It seems to imply a lack of emotion. Do you feel a lack of emotion or is it just a difficulty in expressing it? How much of this is physiological and how much emotional? After being in that kind of accident, some people would just be afraid of life – an emotional withdrawal on top of whatever physical problems there are.
>
> Between the ages of fifteen and seventeen I went from being a happy kid to being very depressed. This happened without any physical trauma. I am not depressed anymore, but your age is one that is full of changes all by itself! Of course, youth is also a giant advantage. You are young enough that your neurology is still relatively flexible and you have time for recovering.
>
> I read on another thread that you bought Turn Up the Heat. Be careful with that one! Don’t try it with your girlfriend until you have experimented with people who don’t matter so much and you know what to expect from it. That is good advice for all pheros. They never do exactly what you expect and some are surprisingly powerful!

I know most people with brain injuries do have obvious problems such as writing. However, I have recovered so quickly and so well that there really are no problems with me anymore except for the minor emotional deficit. By the way, the brain injury gave me new talents as it changes me entirely, and writing was one of those talents haha. I ranked 138 out of 54,000 people for an essay contest lol.

Anyways, yeah I guess my real problem is expressing my emotions/not really having emotion at all. When I talk, it is almost like talking not exciting or fun to me and I guess that is why I am monotone. I dont know, it is hard to explain. From what I read though, that spaceland stuff seems to be the cure to all this with maybe a mix of instant shine.

Oh, and I do have mood swing due to my injury. Very bad ones. I can be extremely happy and cheerful one second, and the next, I will be angry and depressed.

> Spaceland can be a good choice but its very high in anol and you could become more lethargic with it. Its kinda like getting high, you can zone out a bit. Which is why the tell you not to use it while driving LOL. I am not saying not to try it though but just keep this in mind when using it. It can make things more fun but few people really need that much anol to get the results your looking for.

I thank you for your suggestions, but I think I want to go with spaceland. But is it not a good idea to wear spaceland in school since we are advised not to drive while wearing it?

What ever you order get at least a (2x) concentration of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) it should help with the anger and depression issue. Apply it when you start to feel this way. I use 2-3 sprays and it seems to put me in a good mood. It is a good product.

I will endorse Molecule A (TAA). It is the happy molecule, or one of them, in [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It tends to evaporate after a couple of hours but in my own experience it didn’t really mattered as once you start your day or your evening with a great happy lucky dude vibe, everything else unfolds. It becomes a positive feedback loop.

If you try this one, three sprays was to much in a sense that I was so "happy"that I couldn’t careless (in the context of dating), however with friends works well but you might as well then go with spaceland.

Molecule A will give you more benefits if you mix it with something else. So, you choose what ever is going to take the leading role and you just shine it with one spray, max. two, of TAA. Look for Jasmin’s report on Instant Shine and TAA, she was the life of the party.

i dont recommend spaceland.
its not my choice to make, but if it were, id go with what Tisha recommended.

i remember my very first time with shine.
the very first time i used it, i never wanted to be without it.

the day after, i was incerdibly “down”.

we started a thread about it here, and others came forward with a brief “depression” the day afterwards.
one quit using it at first.

after acclimating to it, most of us never got that “down” feeling again.
i know i didnt.
i love my shine.

i just thought it was important to mention that if anyone here is feeling depressed, alot of this stuff is incredibly uplifting, mood enhancing, and wonderful…

…but its not unusual to be let-down the next day until you acclimate to it.
atleast with A molecule (TAA).

id use it, but i wouldnt start with 'double" anything until i was used to it.

mood swings are COOL on your way up.
it doesnt get better than that.
on the way down,
everything seems _devastating_ (even over nothing).

from 14-16yrs old i was manic.
instead of telling me this could be _normal_,
i was on several antidepressants (umm when it was NOT cool to take them…) until they perscribed me lithium and i decided i didnt like taking anything and quit.

for this reason, i dont advise anything in any highdose that can possibly chew-up neurotransmitters.
getting burned out exaggerates the highs and the lows.
