As for your mixes, 2 sprays of [AMMO](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) on the top of each forearm and 2 sprays of [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/) to the front and back of your neck should get you the results you are looking for.
