Hi lat29 - welcome to pherotalk. 🙂

It may seem daunting to begin with but do take a little time to browse the various forums, store and learn to use the search function but most importantly of all - **read the threads looifook linked above!** They contain all the info you need to get started with choosing and using pheros effectively - which will save you a lot of time money and bad results.

Then, there is a wealth of info here on getting better and better with pheros and relavent life approaches/improvements. Both of which must dovetail to give you the best results.

Then go and have fun - which is the best way to learn with pheros. 🙂
