# ICM 0.25.1a = Teenage attention getter?!!!

Thanks everybody for the vote of confidence. I continue to be amazed at how once I figured out how to use the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) as a tool to help me improve myself and my life, things have moved into overdrive. My business has improved, my personal life has improved, life is so much more fun than it used to be!

Below is the recipe for the ICM mixes that Steve came up with. In another post he mentioned that he has added 12 [mcg](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microgram) [TAF](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and 15 [mcg](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microgram) [TAK](https://pheromonelabs.com/) to both betanol mixes and upped the P83 to 12.5 mcg on the 1b mix.
