Just a quick question I’m curious about. If they have charged my credit card, have they sent the order? ---

No - to find out if they have sent it, log into the store with your username and password, and check your order status. Until your status says “shipped,” it’s not shipped yet. ---

Hmmm, would it be marked “shipped” or “complete”? This would clear up a lot of questions. ---

It’s marked “complete” in the cart. The cart sends you an email with your tracking number the moment its updated. 🙂 ---

Ok, I’ve logged in but can’t really find the order status 😛. I checked under the cart menu on order history but that was empty. Pherhaps I’m looking in the wrong place? I haven’t received an email for tracking either and my credit card was charged about a week ago. I’m from Sweden so I guess I should use the international number, is it up 24/7 or should I wait until american working hours? ---

not for Androtics Direct/SmartMones for me that is, but sometimes email gets delivered to your Junk E-Mail or Spam Folder …if not the superduper Jasmin can assist you! ---

OOO I found it. I just forgot to click search all. Its at Processed status. By the way I just read the other thread about delivery problems and read your post jasmine so I have total understanding about the situation. I was just wondering if it was shipped or not but now I am all cool now 🙂
