# If you could choose just three? Est?

I’d totally recommend Est, May. Expensive yes, but also quite strong. I haven’t bothered to dilute mine yet, so I go with one spray of 50 mcg.

Effects? Men love it. Even more so than [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). It’s early days yet in my testing, so I don’t want to say too much. But I do think it could be a major component of an “Instant Fall-for-Me” mix.😉

It also smells really good and improves the scent of my perfumes. It seems to alter the scent of EW as well.
