I didn’t go through the entire thread, so if you guys already know how much A1 is in IFM then excuse this post.😛 According to Michael **IFM has 10 mcg of A1 per spray**. Most have found however that when A1 induced depression takes hold nothing much helps to counter it. However the components that can work to counter A1 depression even slightly are Est, TAA, TAC and Anol. There are barely any OD risks with these molecules, so even though you don’t have the exact ratios of these components in IFM, you can get pretty close simply by adding equal mcgs of all of these along with A1 to replicate IFM. However, I personally think that Est works best for enhancing male mood most consistently, so I would ditch other components as they are already part of other products we use here anyways.
