I wish to use 3 or 4 sparys of IFM in the office. I seem to be immune to the smell and also depression. How to cover the depression of men with other phermones? I generally wish to use these threee to the office IFM, CTTM and [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). I cover with Instant Openess. As I use 3 or 4 sprays of IFM it seems to effect the other guys in the office. They become silent and also ignore me. ---

You are negatively influencing the mood of those guys by wearing so much IFM. Not cool in addition to the possible ramifications on productivity and morale. In my opinion A-1 and IFM should be used sparingly and only when needed. Increasing the dose fosters little or no mood enhancement for PMS women and is a waste of product, not to mention it’s destructive influence on nearby males. ---

Then can I use [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) 2 sprays daily. One on my hair and other back of my neck. The girl I am interested in digs Instant Female Magic. Also do we get A-1 molecule alone so that I can mix with my other stuff. Can I use this stuff instead of IFM and get the same benefits? IFM uses A-1 as its main active mone, but has a small amount of steering mones to help reduce male depression. I find LS chemset A-1 more effective than IFM–meaning I only need 1 or 2 tiny drops to nix PMS symptoms. I have to use a lot more IFM for the same results. However male depression is bound to be more pronounced without the buffering or steering mones in IFM. ---

Gegogi, I have noticed if I use IFM (2 or 3 sprays) with 2 drops of A314 applied to my ears the bad effects on men seems to reduce dramitically. IFM effect on females is just great and with A314 it gets enhanced. Did others also notice similar reduction of bad effects on men with A314? ---

hi spiderweb, I’ve never used A314 before, I’ve been using instant female magic since I first began using pheromones though and its worked very well for me 🙂 Its effects are alot different on me than most males though, I actually feel all soft and warm and comfortable and happy too so its a good feeling. I have used 4 sprays on myself before at night when I’m just here relaxing and I felt really good however I don’t really notice too much difference, some just not too much between 2 sprays and 4 other than if I went out would need more cover up, I don’t mind the smell of it when just here myself though. For me I find it nice too to get less male company cause I always feel uncomfortable in groups of guys I always have, I find one spray is usually enough for that effect though cause then they only notice when closer to me so they can still escape to another part of the room, if I wore 4 sprays though it would carry farther and I’m not sure it would be so good on the women in the room either cause sometimes too much can make them a little sleepy I find that it does that for me if I have trouble sleeping so sometimes I use it at night so I can get cozy and have nice sleep 🙂 For me personally I find one spray usually enough for going out two at the most and this works really well for me 🙂 Oh btw it don’t make me tired unless I’m already tired just wired and can’t sleep it helps calm and relax me so I can, still feeling soft and fuzzy and comfy like that can make a person get sleepy too if they needed any catching up on it. ---

I gotta agree with gegogi here as he is a A-1 master IMO. You dont need to over use with Androstadienone or [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/). Keep in mind what this pheromone does. Its not exactly for attraction although it can make some ladies who are familar with you clingy at times. Its to calm and ease nervousness and tension or to combat bitchiness. Used with something like Instant Openness as gegogi suggested, you can attract with the IO and make comfortable with the IFM and its a great combo. You tend to get farther if someone is comfortable with you and feeling at ease. I havnt smelled A-1 myself but I have IFM and I dont like the smell. I think it needs cover. The only reason IFM is covered they way it is now with a herbal scent instead of a cologne is that it has a patent when used in cologne by another company. So the herbal cover is all they can offer here. Tisha ---

Tisha, Thanks for your input. I wish to use IFM in the office and it is really effecting the men in my office if I use more than 2 sprays. I wish cover the negative effects on men. The girl I am interested tends to become clingy and hence I like this phero. ---

Nice one, Franz. V. funny 🆒 Rep points fr making me laugh. I’d never thought of IFM as a means of revenge! Tho I get the feeling that most guys do not have a problem with it, though I do at the moment. So it is useful to have in the armoury. But I hvae a brand new unopened bottle that I ordered before I got to the end of my ToGo and before the blues started to set in. I’ve been looking for a substitute to IFM to counter balance my regular A314 use and may have found it in [MX203](https://a314.com/product/mx203/) (aor MX200). Will see how that develops as I continue ---

I understand IFM is good during PMS. At other times which is better for comfort TAA or IFM or Instant Shine ---

TAA and Instant Shine are very similar, Instant Shine is mainly TAA with an additional steering phero or 2, and is more for putting people in a happy-go-lucky mood. [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) is the comfort/relaxation phero for women, and I have found that it works well at anytime, not just during that time of the month.
