i under stand they do slightly different things but with is better in a laid back working environment? (busy) do either go well with A314 and/or ammo? ---

Actually IShine and [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) are very different products. First, Instant Female Magic is mainly effective on women during their “monthly punishment.” At other times it’s subtle at best. However it “heals” PMS and other hormone induced moodiness like magic. Nevertheless, it isn’t helpful around men and may cause depression in the wearer or those near you. Instant Shine is a general use social and personal enhancement product (works on both men and women). I find the reactions generally uplifting and positive, but on the subtle side, IShine works best with other social pheromones such as androstenol. The combo of IShine and CTTM, Instant Openness or Instant Honesty is a winner. ---

Hello Bondkill007, I think that for the work envirnment, beside A314, is quite good [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). This is slightly off-topic, but I wonder if there’s something that works in a relaxing way for women, just like IFM. I mean, I’m looking for somehting like that, but I can’t have an idea about it… Maybe P93 or P86? Some mixes? Ok, sorry for my stupid ideas ;-)!!! I wish you good time on your work!!! iv decided on A314, IS, and CTTM (mix 2),then some ammo for night. im probably not going to apply all at the same time. any dosage ideas for my age. thanx for the input bond ---

Start the first day with one spray. Use two sprays on day two, ect. Tisha23, the pherogoddess, put a great “schedule” in my signature thread. Check it out. With CTTM2 I find it’s easier to start and keep conversations going. The effects range from very subtle to very obvious depending on circumstances, but they are reliable for me. You still have to put forth the effort…“Hi, how are you? Nice shoes!” works pretty good. Just my 2 cents. Have Fun!🙂 ---
