ok so I’ve been looking threw the posts and I’ve seen alot of people using like 3-4 sprays of x4 ih, wtf??? isn’t that a little much? it’s making me think it’s not gonna work well at a low dosage. I just got a x1 what’s the amount usually that ya’ll use?

I know start with one, move up. for you guys how much to do normally use

From what Ive read, you really cant OD on IH. I dont know, still waiting on my shipment … Ill post if I find anything different.. By the way I bought the 2x version.

while you can’t OD on IH, too much beta -nol makes you talk talk talk talk talk…
