# IH vs IO for a guy who struggles to start conversations with girls?

Hey there. I was just wondering what the main differences between the IH and IO products. I posted in the introduction page saying I have a little trouble approaching girls and getting a conversation going but once we get the talking I’m totally fine. Someone suggested trying the IH product but I kinda feel the IO might be a better choice for me. What does everyone else think?

I can tolerate IO but IH tends to cause a let down in the stiffy department for me.

We’ve discussed that particular effect in other threads, with some disbelief from some about my personal observations.

IO came in a to go bottle when my order of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) Summer Edition to go bottle was lost during shipment. IO really gives a potent vibe of openess. Many strangers kept talking to me. I was like what the hey? Lol a couple days later I put on 4 sprays and I felt nakedness but great feeling for 5 hours. Ladies in their late 20’s wouldn’t talk to me, but ended up tongue tied and blushing lol. Great mones!!!
