# im 19, can i use alpha a314 or ammo?

hi, i currently just use instant honesty and instant shine. i was told not to use any of the -none [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) as they can be a huge turnoff for someone my age. what about alpha a314 mixed in with instant honesty and instant shine? would that be ok? can i / should i use ammo? or is that overkill

You can definitely use it. I’m 22 and love using it for the “no crap” effect. It’s especially more pronounced in people who are older than you. I’ve seen a lot of displays of dominance from older men. Mostly startled and uneasiness.

Congruence is key and people test that a lot. Be ready to be cool, calm, and collected. This helps open people up.

Try the spray bottles first so you get an idea of the effects.
