well built and good looking. i teach college so i am well educated. what would be best for me. ammo or turn up the heat and in what dosage. i own ammo. can i use tuth or am i too young. thank you ---

I think you could use turn up the heat but start off with small doses and work your way up, watch of OD symptoms. Then just back off to a lower dose. Where are you from? The humidity of the area your in will give people a better idea of how high of a dose you could get away with. Are you looking at any other products? What is it exactly is your goal for the products? i want to meet women for the most part. thats my main goal. how much ammo can i use. do i have to worry bout an OD on [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). Thanks alot for the info. ---

Yes you can OD on ammo though the older you are the greater the dose you can probably get away with. As I said before it is better to test from a low dose and work up to a high dose to find the right spot for you. I am 46, I have used up to 4 sprays so far with good results and no OD but that might be to much for you. You really need to work your way up. Some of the other social products will also help with meeting women and some soften the effect of the OD symptoms. Both products have there purpose and will work fine for you once you no your dosage. In choosing consider this… For what purpose do you plan to use them. If you want something you can wear to work as well as out socially choose ammo. If you want something for sexual encounters or for clubbing get TUTH and a social to buffer it with like IO. You dont want to wear this one in inapproperiate enviroments or around kids, dogs, old ladies ect LOL Tisha ---

Hi jayzee, I recommend you start with low dosage as recommended by [smartmones.com](http://smartmones.com). Increase the dosage if you don’t see any effect until you get the right dosage. Have fun. Good luck ---
