# I'm 38 and new here. I have been doing alot of reading on this site. Here is what I want to know: I am thinking of placing my first order for [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and Insint shine. I am 38 years old and want to know what amount and where to place these two products. Also I was thinking of getting some turn up the heat. Any other information would be greatly appritiated. Hey there green, Sorry about not answering sooner, but I was being kept busy this weekend by the ladies. I’m 39 so from that age group I highly recommend Ammo, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and A314. TUTH is good, but has some limited use areas like clubs. I think you will find the Ammo to be a much more use all for every situation. Add Shine to it and it creates a happy sexual vibe that has always turned heads in my direction. A314 is just Icing on the cake. Whatever you decide please do let us know. ---

Hi Greenie - I am 37 years old and am still experimenting with Ammo with so-so results so far. I have had excellent results with turn up the heat. I think at our age we can wear a little more than the younger guys and not have the negative results you read so much about here. I have had ZERO negative results with tuth from anyone. I say try the Ammo by itself and try tuth by itself and test them out for yourself. Good luck. 🙂 ---

I’m not 37 but I do cast my vote and faith in AMMO and IS! 😃 The great users above me posted more specifics on usage with much deeper information, I commend them. 🙂 ---

I say try the Ammo by itself and try Turn Up The Heat by itself and test them out for yourself. I think I scared off a date with TUTH. But most likely it was due to her insecurities, and not the TUTH itself. Ammo gives me good results, I’m in my thirties. ---

OK I think some users on here are a bit CONFUSED about wearing double strength ammo and TUTH. It partly has to do with what you can handle, but the affects on you are not what the main ingredient in social dynamics you need to focus on. Younger people below thirty do NOT respond well to high amounts of -none. So when we are telling people I can get away with 3 shots of TUTH, it may be so, but the women you are attempting to attract are being repelled by your extreme -none signature. Also everybody is different: myself I can only wear 1 TUTH by itself, 2 shots of regular strength ammo, before I go psycho Alpha angry. I’m 39 so all this hooky about me being older means less -none production is not a fact with everyone. I’m an Alpha male and I possess strong Alpha qualities. I have a private mix “batter me up” that is currently being made into an MX series that contains 5mcg of -none, but it’s tempered with a lot of other mellower molecules. Just remember you might be able to wear -none in high doses, but it does NOT mean others around you will not be adversely affected. ---

that would be 2.5 mcg tuth worn on wrists, sometimes chest. hits from ladies ages range from mid twenties up to well…up there. ---
