He complains about the smell and taste of my soap and says he just likes the smell of me without all of my soap. I have a perfume that he adores, I try to wear it when I want him to notice me…it works 100% of the time.** _

If you are paranoid about the smell, I recommend you to use Vagisil which is a shower gel for feminine hygiene. It works GREAT on preventing odor and you don’t actually smell soap after washing since its smell is very mild.** _

Hi Beckyb, welcome to PheroTalk! 🙂

First, you can stop being paranoid. There’s no need, unless you have a horrible stench coming from your vagina. And second, immediately stop washing out it out _with anything!_ While the body as a whole thrives in an alkaline state, the vagina’s natural PH should be slightly acidic. From a general health standpoint, using soap inside the vagina isn’t a good idea because soap can be very alkaline. Did you know that the PH of Johnson’s Baby Shampoo is the same as Mr. Clean?! 😮 I kid you not.

Vagisil shower gel isn’t meant for the inside of the vagina, it’s an external wash. It comes down to personal preference, of course… but frankly, and no offense, even though it’s soap-free and PH balanced, I’m not crazy about the ingredients.

I like Desert Essence Organics products. Here’s the link to their site but you can find them cheaper from various vendors like Vitacost and Swanson. 🙂

What happens is the natural acid-alkaline balance of the vagina is upset and that destroys/kills the good flora/healthy bacteria. So, you don’t want to do anything to upset that natural balance, especially like using soap in there. In fact, it’s a good idea to support healthy vaginal bacterial flora by feeding it with pre and pro-biotic foods and supplements to keep them alive/reproducing. And I don’t mean you actually insert them into your vagina, you ingest them, of course! 😃 It’s typical of women to encounter/develop problems from “douching” and that includes just shooting plain water up there too. Your vagina is a self- cleaning oven. Let it do it’s thing, undisturbed. 😉

I’m sure your boyfriend is crazy about you, he’s complaining because he’s tasting/smelling soap when he’s down there. Ick. I don’t blame him. It’s no wonder because regular commercial soaps always leave a film on the skin. I’ve tasted soap down there, it’s unpleasant, and it takes a lot of the joy outta giving a blow job. He might like your perfume but what he really wants is to taste/smell\* you _and your “natural essence” when he’s in the bush up close and personal. Wolf has strict instructions to keep soap_ off\* Lil’ Elvis and The Band. 🙂 Assholes, however, on both genders, need to be soaped up. No question/discussion. Just do it, lol.

If you subsist on a steady diet of junk/refined foods laced with chemicals/sugar then you’re not going to have nice acceptable body odor in general. Good hygiene and eating a clean diet is the ticket to a nice smelling body, especially down there, lol. Meaning anything that comes out of your vagina is going to smell fine, not foul. If it reeks down there, get thee to a physician ASAP, something’s not right and you could have a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis.

Now there _are_ a few foods both men and women should avoid altogether on date night to ensure that any escaping bodily fluids are… shall we say… palpable. 😛

> Well, might as well post the rest of it, lol. smiley Your own body smell is unique but there’s no doubt that what you eat effects the way you smell in general, including your bodily secretions. If you eat garbage you’ll not only smell like it you’ll taste like it too. Vegetables are good for your health but cruciferous ones, in particular, can make semen taste terrible. On the other hand fruits like pineapple/papaya can sweeten it up. Feed your sweetie pineapple! slight_smile Sperm Taste …

If you can’t tolerate _any_ smell coming from yourself, you’ll have a hard time working with EoW because it does stink. There are other already perfumed copulins products on the market that don’t have the stink and are still effective for attracting men. You can search around the forum for posts on Desire Me and copulins. You can also go over to the women’s section of the Love Scent store and find other copulins products besides EoW like Cleo and Scent of Eros for Women. There are also other companies that sell copulins products like Liquid Alchemy Labs. Just Google perfumed copulins or copulins and you’ll find them. That said, attracting him is not the problem. His smelling and tasting soap is the problem.

Becky I have a suggestion for you, a little experiment, if you’re game. Although you’re going to have to screw up your courage and step a bit out of your comfort zone, you really don’t have much to lose by trying it. I want you to take a shower with an unscented non-soap bar or body wash, (like the unscented one from Desert Essence), and make sure to rinse _really well_ down there, (Frankly, you could just wash it well with warm water and it would probably smell fine but I know that would be very hard for you to do.), … and then go do some vigorous shopping for few hours or maybe play a little tennis, lol… and work up a little clean sweat… then take it on home to your boyfriend… seduce him… and then sit on his face… and tell him that you love him. I’m serious. I promise you’ll be fine. I think after you do it and see the reaction it provokes it will allay your fears and you’ll have more confidence and feel more comfortable that your lovely natural scent is very appealing to him and turns him on and that you’re worried about it for no good reason. 😉

Here’s a little inspiration from Monty Python! Beware, it’s an “adult” video. If you’re easily offended, you’ve probably already fainted anyway. 😃

Oh, and after saying vagina so much in one post, I feel the need to say penis… penis. 😛
