# I'm an amateur, please halp!

Well, I’m new to this, and instead of wading through hundreds or thousands of threads to find the answers, I guess I should just ask instead.

I know nothing about this matter, and didn’t even know there existed more than one composure of [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). This makes picking what to buy very tedious, espescially when I don’t know what it’ll do compared to other things, and if it’s practical for my purposes.

I guess I’ll ask the obvious question: What should I get that’s cheap and has a quick attraction effect to the other person(s) in the room. My budget isn’t that high you see, hehe. 🙂

welcome! As a starter, i would recommend IS, IO, or Ammo. Those are good for social situations. IS is good for general attraction, but doesn’t have a sexual one. IO is good for good conversation which makes people want to talk with you for a very long time. Ammo is a sexual based product which needs to be used with caution as an OD can backfire. If price is your problem I would recommend the to go bottles to try it out. The easiest way to see for yourself if these [pheromones](https://a314.com/) work is with IO.
